Tory conference chaos as trans activist heckles ex-Olympian during gender debate: 'You're taking away fair sport!'

Watch as a gender critical panel is disrupted by a trans rights activist during a discussion at the Conservative Party conference in Manchester.Shadow Minister for Women and Equalities Claire Coutinho was hosting a panel discussion alongside former Olympian Sharron Davies.Their chat was interrupted by a man wearing a trans rights T-shirt who repeatedly sought to make his point.Ms Davies, who regularly appears on GB News to discuss the topic, questioned the man over his supposed desire to undermine women’s sport.She said trans athletes are not being excluded from sport, they are simply being asked to compete “where it’s fair”.“Why do you think women aren’t entitled to fair sport?”, she asked repeatedly.“They are entitled to fair sport”, the audience member responded.She hit back by arguing women are not competing in a fair sporting environment if they are up against biological males.“We can’t have fair sport if they have biological males in their sport. You are taking away fair sport for women.”
