and so you come up the stairs

and as you come up the stairs you then

into room number nine so if you turn to

the left

you see a little bit down there if you

turn to there you go down a couple of

stairs into what is the lounge

area so that's quite good you have

lounge which i think is

also sofa bed table you have a little

dining table and bench seats

then over there you have a little

kitchenette which has a fridge a

microwave

various cutlery etc and

then you have a television with

satellite

television and you have a little balcony

outside which is quite nice where you

can sit

and enjoy the sun so let's just swing

back around there

so it's a good size it's nice and bright

with all these

windows here on the side and then we

come up

with a couple of stairs and

i'll come back to the bathroom in a

second

then you come to the bedroom bedroom

it's relatively small but it's a pretty

comfortable size you have an air

conditioning unit

up there and then what's also very nice

from

the bedroom is you get a great view

there of table mountain

and the cable car and then you kind of

look out

just onto the road that's derwent road

there

so quite uh attractive

if we come through into the bathroom the

bathroom has

a small sort of half size basin it has

a bath with shower unit and of course

you have your toilet around the side so

this is

room nine at derwent house

very very nice
