This Freezer Can REDUCE Your Freeze Drying Time

0:00
as a freeze-dried business owner in the
0:01
state of Idaho I was fortunate enough to
0:03
visit one of the largest freeze dryer
0:05
manufacturers in the entire world and in
0:07
their manufacturing facility I notice a
0:09
product that not many of us are aware of
0:11
but we see a lot in our commercial
0:13
kitchens that we operate in this product
0:16
is equipped to level up your freeze
0:17
drying business so that you can process
0:20
more freeze-dried food candy anything
0:22
you're selling in your Freez drying
0:24
business so that you can make more and
0:25
more profits for your freeze drying
0:27
business now fortunately a similar
0:28
product is inside my commercial kitchen
0:30
that I run my freeze drying business out
0:32
of so we're going to be able to take a
0:34
firsthand look at what this product is
0:36
let's take a
0:41
look I was so excited to share with you
0:43
guys this product that I had to run into
0:45
my facility haha right behind me is a
0:47
walk-in refrigerator but Harvester is
0:50
going to be offering a walk-in freezer
0:52
so it's going to look very much similar
0:54
to this now I'm in a restaurant bar so
0:58
they've got all their Kegs and all types
1:00
of beer in here but this walk-in cooler
1:02
system is going to be available for you
1:04
to purchase through the Harvest Right
1:06
commercial side of their business now
1:08
let me pull the camera a little bit more
1:09
over here so you can see the scale of
1:12
this walk-in refrigerator that's in my
1:14
commercial kitchen so as you can see
1:16
there's a corner here it goes about
1:18
maybe 12 ft this way and then it's got
1:21
the door this is actually about the size
1:24
of harvest rights Walkin deep freezer
1:27
and the difference between a
1:27
refrigerator and a freezer obviously is
1:29
the temperature of the coldness inside
1:32
this particular unit and the freezer
1:35
that they have at Harvest Right that
1:37
they're going to offer all of us who run
1:38
a commercial business is it's going to
1:40
be able to freeze things at
1:43
-35° or less now that is really
1:46
important because as we know part of the
1:49
thing with freeze drying just like the
1:51
my freeze dryer right here is you've got
1:53
to freeze things first before you start
1:56
the freeze drying process so that's why
1:59
we prep a lot of our fruit vegetables
2:02
and meals yogurt ice cream we freeze it
2:05
first prior to it being in the freeze
2:08
dryer Even in our freezer so that we can
2:11
speed up the freeze drying cycle time
2:13
because this freeze dryer by Harvest
2:15
Right and other brands it'll actually do
2:17
it for you it'll freeze the food but
2:20
think about if you already had that
2:21
stuff Frozen and Frozen at - 35° that
2:25
freeze dryer is already going to know
2:28
that it needs to just quickly get that
2:30
vacuum freezing cycle and then the
2:32
drying cycle therefore it's probably
2:34
going to save you maybe 6 to 10 hours of
2:38
your cycle time which allows you to do
2:40
more product more quickly and that way
2:42
you can scale your business to make more
2:44
profits believe it or not I have some
2:45
footage from my visit in Salt Lake City
2:47
Utah that I want to share with you right
2:49
now about this walk-in freezer welcome
2:51
to the headquarters of the largest
2:53
freeze drying manufacturer in the entire
2:55
world I continue to believe that they
2:56
are leading the charge in making home
2:59
freeze drying and freeze drying as a
3:01
business more accessible than ever
3:02
before why am I standing next to a
3:04
walk-in freezer that pre- freezes food
3:08
down to - 35° tell you why this is the
3:11
next phase and next evolution of harvest
3:14
rght freeze dryers they're going to be
3:15
offering a walk-in freezer for you to
3:19
freeze food down to -30 -40° to help
3:23
accelerate the pre freezing process so
3:26
that your freeze drying process is
3:28
reduced by 8 to 10 hours so that the
3:31
freeze dryer alone doesn't have to
3:32
pre-freeze that food so inside here you
3:35
can put in all types of freeze dryer
3:37
trays make sure that all of it is
3:39
prefrozen and then you can immediately
3:42
transfer that to your freeze dryers so
3:45
why does a freezer actually matter why
3:47
does this particular freezer that can
3:49
prefreeze your product at -35 -40° why
3:54
does this all matter well if you've been
3:55
in freeze drying long enough you know
3:57
that the freeze drying cycle and the
4:00
freeze dryer specifically for Harvest
4:02
Right it goes through a process of
4:04
sublimation one way you can decrease the
4:07
amount of time between Cycles is you can
4:10
prefreeze your product and then you can
4:12
trim down the freeze dryer having to do
4:14
that process for you and that just means
4:16
more time for you to dedicate to Growing
4:18
your freeze drying business again this
4:19
is a walk-in freezer to pre-freeze your
4:22
food so that you can accelerate your
4:24
business faster because you're not going
4:26
to have the time that it's going to take
4:27
for the freezer to do that you can go
4:29
ahead and prep a ton of product and put
4:32
it in this freezer so that you can just
4:34
keep cranking out the Cycles in your
4:37
freeze dryer therefore making you more
4:39
money and saving you more time on
4:41
growing your
4:42
business I'm glad this is only
4:44
refrigerator and it's not negative 35°
4:46
otherwise I really wouldn't be sharing
4:48
this video right now to you if this
4:50
excites you to be able to expand your
4:51
business and you're looking at a
4:53
facility maybe even have a commercial
4:55
kitchen that you're renting but it
4:57
doesn't have a large deep freezer like
4:59
this but you do have the space to put
5:01
something I've included the link to
5:03
harvest right commercial.com now where
5:06
that's going to go as to the commercial
5:08
and business side of harvest right
5:10
there's a lot of people buying freeze
5:12
dryers nowadays just like myself to
5:14
scale and use it as a business and
5:17
that's what this team is all about more
5:18
so for the commercial side so if you
5:21
have a couple of freeze dryers and
5:22
you're looking at getting into a
5:23
commercial kitchen either renting one or
5:26
actually setting up your own facility
5:29
with a lease and you have room for a
5:32
walk-in freezer about the size of this
5:34
you got to give Harvest Right commercial
5:36
a call and make sure you mention my name
5:37
when you reach out to them I'd really
5:38
appreciate the recognition that they
5:40
give me and that way they know that I'm
5:42
referring you from this YouTube channel
5:45
and the video as well Andy don't forget
5:46
to subscribe like or comment in the
5:49
videos if you're interested in more
5:50
freeze drying videos take a look at the
5:51
thumbnails coming up next I'll see you
5:53
there
