How to recover a disabled Facebook ad account. Hey guys welcome back. In this video I'll show

you guys how you can recover your Facebook ad account. Now keep in mind that this is not a

100% that you're going to be able to revive your account. It's very likely that you're really going

to go back and forth with Facebook and then they're just not going to revive your account

They're going to find some privacy policy reasons so a good measure is to always make sure that

your account is following the rules. You want to make sure that your account is following all of

the Facebook advertising guidelines. You can go into the Meta Business Support Center and once

you go on over here you can once you're in the Meta Business Support you can always look for

the guidelines that they have for ads. So if you have advertisement you can go into Facebook ads

over here and you will be able to see a lot of different guidelines. You will be able to see

your basic policies and more. The best thing is that you should follow these guidelines to the

core simply because once your account gets banned like we have over here it's very unlikely. It's a

very slim chance but a 20% chance that you can get it back. However if you are following the rules

there is still a chance you can and I do think that taking these few steps to you know submit

the request of reviewing your account can be really helpful. So to do that the first thing you

have to do is you know you're going to get this notification your account has been restricted

your restriction advertising restriction policies. You will be able to see the policies over here

You will be able to see the advertising policies affecting business assets violating content and

rating enforcement account authenticity violating networks or associations. So after that what you're

going to do is you can click on over here and continue request to get started for a request of

the review of this business's advertising. Now you have 180 days to you know to finish this request

and if you don't do that then if there is any secondary admin in your account then they will

be asked to request or review. So over here you're supposed to upload an image of your ID card. Now

this can be any ID card that you have. You can click on open and then you're going to click on

continue. I'm just doing this as a sample to show you guys and then after you submit your ID card

they are going to you know confirm your ID card and then after that after 48 hours they actually

confirm that if you're even a real person then they're going to move forward with your account

restriction request. So it's a very tedious and time-consuming process and you can even see the

accounts the rest of your accounts whether or not they have been blocked or not. Now one thing to

note is that if you go directly if you don't have your entire account blocked you can go into the

meta help center and you can just search for troubleshoot a disabled ad account and then you

can go over here to troubleshoot that account but if it's just one particular ad campaign

then you can click on troubleshoot a rejected ad and you can run those specific ads. So you can ask

to troubleshoot that ad and you can review you can go into the business support center

and then request a review for your particular ad campaign that was rejected. So these are the few

ways that you can actually troubleshoot if you are still not getting any help and your account is

still blocked then you might want to actually contact Facebook help so just go for Facebook

ad support over here and you will see it will lead you back to your help center the

meta business help center you're going to open this once you open this you can scroll down

and you will find the get started button under the find answers or contact support you're going to

click on get started over here and once you scroll down some accounts have this my account currently

does not have this you're going to have a get further support section and you will see you will

have this particular account you know restriction and then after this what you're going to do is

you're going to ask for more support now you guys can see I'm not getting this option and I can click

on get support on the top right and it's going to lead me back so this is an option that is limited

to only certain Facebook accounts so it's very likely that you might not have this option either

some of my friends that are running businesses have this option this is especially true for

newer pages if your ad account was relatively new it's pretty likely that you're not going to have

this option so you can click on troubleshoot a disabled ad and follow their basic procedure

now once you do that you can go on ahead and scroll down you have all these you know information

and queries how to appeal advertising requests so you're going to click on request a review over here

and you will have your troubleshoot a requested account you can open up your

meta account quality go into your account status overview so you will have your account status

overview over here you have you'll have your resolved accounts and your basic outstanding

accounts so over here you can click on the top left and then after that you also have your

account status overview what you can do and what you can um you know take further steps to confirm

your identity after that you have to complete verification secure your account and then request

a review so you can follow these steps over to be able to recover your account now it's really not

a dead end but it might seem like one but for your other accounts you're not going to be restricted

on your personal account or any other commerce account or catalogs if there are some restrictions

on your main advert account you can always use your personal account to restart with your advert so

if i am having some issues with my basic dirdan account i can use one of my pages or one of my

commerce or even my personal account to get started with advertising on facebook so keep in

mind that facebook system is really not the best in terms of help and support so you can go into

your ads manager and you can click on resolve issues on the top right and if it's not happening

on your main account you can always go into your personal account and request customer service

help and you can go into the help section over here so report a problem you can select the topic

whatever it might be or you can just go into the help section over here and once you go into your

help section you can add maybe you know you can find the email you can even go onto google and

search for facebook ads help like this and then you will be able to actually see some of the emails

so you have advertised at fb.com so you can actually contact them with general problems that

you're having with facebook ads they're also going to take a pretty long time your actual review

request is going to take like one or two months so all of these things are going to be time consuming
