How To Use Capcut in PC For Beginners (2024) Complete Edition Guide

Welcome back to Tech Express. Today we're going to be diving into the complete beginner's guide

on how to use CapCut, a powerful video editing app that's user-friendly and packed with features

Now, whether you are a content creator, you are a spotting filmmaker, or just wanted to enhance

your videos, this guide is for you. So, in this video, let's get started

First of all, the introduction to the CapCut. Now, if you're new into CapCut, it's a versatile

video editing application available on both Android and iOS, now directly into a wide

windows and Macbook downloadable. I'm going to leave you guys a link down below in the description

so you can all get started totally for free. So, once you're here into CapCut, what you're

going to do first of all is to hit into sign up. Now, it's going to be asking you to create an

account. It's going to be really, really easy. Hit into continue and hit into download. Now

the installation process is going to be really easy. Just hit into install and you're good to

go. As you can see here, I do have the CapCut. So, let's open CapCut. Once installed it and once

opened the application, you'll be greeted with a user-friendly interface. So, let's explore the

main features and tools that are available into CapCut once you are in here. Now, the basic

editing tools. Now, before diving into the advanced features, let's cover the basics. How important

your video clips are typing with the plus icon. First of all, it's going to be asking you to

introduce an upgraded feature of the version of 3.00. So, if you are interested in that

hit into install. Now, this one should be bringing you directly into the applications

of your MacBook or your Windows or your iOS. So, try to have the latest update in order to continue

Now, I'm going to hit into get started with a new project. Now, you can see that we have the new

interface here. Now, you have here the icon of the plus. You see the timeline at the button

Here at the right part, you have the details, the player, how it's going to be looking your work

And into the upper side, you have different tools. For example, here, importing your media

checking out different audios, importing different text with features, presets. We have stickers

we have effects, there are transitions, there are filters, and adjustment of what you're currently

using. So, let's get started by importing our media. I'm going to hit into import

And here, what I want to do is to go directly into the folder where I do have all my elements

In this case, let's go here into downloads. I choose all my elements, and I hit into import

If you're interested in downloading free video footage, free stuff that are totally copyright

totally free, I can totally suggest you to use them for an application called Pexels

Now, Pexels is something great. It's totally for free. You can download a lot of videos for

your socials, whatever project you do have, and it's totally for free. So, I'm going to be using

this kind of videos to create my own. Now, let's go back here into CapCut. Now, use the trim tool

to cut and arrange clips. You can adjust clips, you can add transitions for smooth flows

Experiment with all these tools to get comfortable with the basics of editing

So, if you choose your images, you can just drag and drop like this, or choose the plus button

so it automatically is going to be added the track directly into your timeline. So, basically

you do have one timeline that needs to be followed, but you can do much more than that once you

imported one image. For example, let's say that I wanted to add this element above and inside this

new video. So, I'm going to just drag and drop like this, and check out how it's going to be looking now

So, I do have now this transition tool, and even I can resize it like this, and as you can see, now we

have two videos already been added into our timeline. Now, basically, this is not what I'm

looking for, but it's some kind of tool that I want you guys to know that it actually works

Now, if you wanted to add like a transition, you wanted to go here into transitions, and you can see

that we have transition trending, and you don't want to focus into the Braille version, just focus

into the one that says totally free. So, as you can see, we have sliding, we have shutter. Let's say

that I want to look out for something basic, and here I do have the flipped. So, let's say that I

just drag and drop my transition. So, hit into okay. There you go. We have our first transition

working really great. Now, let's move on into the advanced editing features. Now, the CapCut offers

advanced features like filters that you have effects, explore the effects have, and to add

creative elements into your videos. If you go here into effects, you can see that we have a lot of

elements, whether that are for people who are peering into our videos, and so much more. A video

of someone dancing. So, what I want to do is to add an effect to this guy. So, let's go here into the

effects section, and as you can see, we do have a bunch of stuff that we can use. Try to aim for the

one that says for free. You can either add your element directly into the upper side or directly

into your videos. Don't forget to add text to your videos if you wanted to. If you have talking

videos, you can even add auto captions into the upper side. Choose the source or the language

and if you wanted to translate the language, you can even update that, and hit now to create. Audio

is crucial for video editing. So, CapCut allows you to adjust the volume, add a background music

so you can even add the auto bit sync feature for some dynamic editing. So, I'm going to try to add

more elements, more media. Let's go into audio, and let's try to look out for some music. Let's go

for something like travel, for example. There we go. Now, let's try to... This is the part where

you can start to rearrange your videos as you are editing with music. You can add animations to your

event text if you wanted to. Let's say something like this. Lastly, I'm going to add some fade

into this music just by dragging this. Two seconds. There we go, and there we go

You can even animate stickers that you are actually using into your edition

That's totally optional, of course, but you can just do something easy. Lastly, exporting and

sharing. So, once your masterpiece is ready, it's time to export it and share it. So, tap into the

export button into the upper side. Now, choose your preferred settings and save your video to

your device. If you want a quick piece of advice, if you're going to be using this for TikTok

for example, you can choose the resolution, leave it into 1080, and here into the format

you want to just export it with .mp4, and the frame rate should always be 30fps. Recommended

of the bitrate, just leave it like that, and the codec 8264. Trust me, these are the best presets

for socials. Lastly, just hit now into export, and your video should now be exported right away

So, share your creations directly on social media, or save them for later. So

undo and the redo buttons if you think that you did something wrong and it was better before
