What is up everybody, welcome to this new video of Techspress. I'm going to be showing you really really quick how to use the WooCommerce
0:06
So WooCommerce is a great place to create either you are a small or a large business to get going here
0:14
So WooCommerce is like an extension from WordPress that can be helping you to get started with
0:20
So in order to get started what I want to do is to go into the WooCommerce.com and create an account
0:25
Once you have created an account it's going to be really really easy to set it up with
0:29
As you can see I'm already in here, into my dashboard of my account of WooCommerce
0:33
I just need to sign in using my Google account, you can use an email, you can use whatever you want to
0:39
And of course this is totally for free. We do have some subscriptions, we do have the WooCommerce bookings, we have memberships, we have product research
0:46
We can add more stuff into our website, but I believe those are paid plans
0:51
If you want to check it out then you can do that, if you want to stick around with the free version then you are in the actual right place
0:57
Now what I want to do now that I'm here into my WooCommerce, I wanted to get started with my actual profile
1:02
So here into the actual profile I wanted to fill as much information as I can about myself, the personal details, the currency, the billing address, the taxes, the application passcode
1:11
And of course if I'm willing to create a store, an online store, and I wanted to receive money, pay my taxes and all that, I wanted to fill as much information as I can
1:20
After that, let's go directly into build. So if I go down here where it says build, you can go into build stores, become a Woo expert
1:30
So either you can book an interview or you can focus into sale only
1:36
Or what you can do is to go directly into your actual Woo section
1:42
So I'm going to go into sale, and here let's go for Woo for merchants
1:48
Now this one should be taking us into launching a website totally for free in just minutes
1:55
I'm going to go all the way up, getting to get started
1:59
And as you can see now, which one of these best describes you
2:04
I wanted to focus into I am just getting started, continue, and the name of my store should be called humans, and the industry should be clothing and accessories
2:13
Where is your business located? I'm going to go with you, United Kingdom, continue
2:20
And as you can see, there's the Woo commerce totally for free for the next 14 days
2:27
After that, we needed to choose an actual plan. So I think 14 days is more than enough to check it out how that this actual works for us
2:35
So focusing to try Woo express for free. And then we are now inside the actual WordPress that using the extension of Woo commerce
2:46
So now, as you can see, I'm inside here into my dashboard
2:50
It says my home. You have the upgrades, the inbox, the orders and much more
2:54
I wanted to focus here into my home section where I can start to add stuff into my actual website
3:00
So, for example, here, let's say that I wanted to add my first product into my Woo commerce
3:05
I'm going to get into add products. Now, physical product, variable product or group product
3:11
Let's go for variable products or physical product. And I click them and I need to fill as much information as I can about my actual product
3:20
So, for example, this is part name. Let's go for T-shirt, tank, top, men
3:30
Then later on, I do have the product description, hoodie, institute, favorite mod
3:36
I can add a context form. I can add a media. I don't want to focus a lot in that
3:41
I want to actually scroll a little bit down. And as you can see, I do have the product imaged into the right part
3:48
I have the general inventory, the shipping, LinkedIn products, attributes, advanced and more
3:53
So this is actually really, really simple. Let's say that this is a downloadable product and the regular price is $25
4:01
But I'm selling this product for only $12, for example. So the downloadable files should be added in here
4:08
So let's say NFT art and the file should be this one
4:12
And there we go. Now the download limit, let's go for only 25 or since it's an NFT out
4:19
I only have one and the all about expiry. Let's go for four minimum quantity
4:26
One, two, for example, group of one exclude from orders or category rows
4:32
So this simple product, the protects. I'm going to go for NFT art
4:37
I'm going to hit into art and the branding. Google fork at my new brand
4:41
And this one should be called humans. There we go. So now that I have successfully added that I'm going to, of course
4:50
add my product images. So I'm going to hit into my files. I'm going to select really, really quick
4:56
These file. And there we go. And lastly, what I just want to do is to hit into set product image
5:03
I'm going to go into publish. And there we go. So as you can see, my first product has now been published
5:12
So I'm going to open the view product into a new taft. So I just want to make sure that this actually works
5:18
It's actually been looked at in the braid into my WooCommerce store
5:22
Check it out here. We have the home, the shop, the blog, my account, the context
5:26
And here's going to be periods, my actual product. And I do have the actual scrolling stuff assumed of my image
5:34
So there we go. I have a description, additional information, some reviews
5:39
It's not looking that bad. Now, if I wanted to get started with a blog, for example
5:44
I'm going to close this one. And instead of going with products
5:48
you want to actually go back again to my home section. You don't have to worry about this since we already have posted this
5:56
So now we have the orders, the products, the customer, the payment
6:00
and much more. Now I focus into pages. I have all my pages
6:07
And inside these, let's say, for example, like a template, I have some stuff like the communication preferences
6:15
I have my account, the shop, the FIQ, contact us, and blog
6:20
So I choose this one. And I can start to customize this one
6:24
And then later on I can publish it. This is, of course, as a draft
6:28
So you can use this if you want to. If you don't, that's totally fine
6:32
So now behind the product of whatever it is. So as you can see, we have a lot of elements that we can use
6:38
And we are now inside the WordPress. If you have used WordPress before
6:42
you should be seeing that this editor actually is exactly the same as WordPress
6:46
because we are actually into WordPress. We're using the actual extension of WooCommerce
6:50
So what I wanted to do is to hit into plus. And let's say that I wanted to add a new image
6:57
So I'm going to go into search. Let's go for image. Here it is. And I just drag and drop since this is an actual blog
7:05
So I'm going to go with upload. And I choose my file
7:09
I hit into open. And let's go with behind the product. I, of course, click here
7:17
And I'm going to input, let's say, for example, Instagram.com. Fast forward slash. I'm going to be showing you, lastly
7:25
something that is really great for creating stuff into WooCommerce, which is something called the Artificially Challenged Generator
7:33
If I go into the plus button, you have the one that says AI Assistant Experimental
7:38
So I just ask, write and enter about my blog of clothing
7:42
of trending clothing products. So it says, welcome to my blog, refreshing mid-style
7:46
All this element was created by and for the actual Artificially Challenged
7:50
So I hit now into update. And here is my actual blog
7:54
So it's not looking that bad. So now that you have that in mind
7:59
then you are ready to get started here into your actual section of WooCommerce
8:04
If you don't want to use this one, you want to get started with only using WordPress
8:09
you can go back. And here is going to be appearing all your actual site
8:13
You can create a new site directly from WordPress. And it's going to be much more faster
8:19
and you don't have to sell any product that we are actually using WordPress
8:24
So WooCommerce or WordPress, both are working into the same place. WooCommerce is focused into selling products into e-commerce stuff
8:33
