How to fix the Binance verification failed

Hey guys, welcome to this new video. In today's tutorial, we want to see what happens with the identity verification fail. So as you can see, I'm already into my Binance

account and I have this and I have this pop up that my identity verification has been rejected

Please complete the identity verification again. So I'm going to click into verify now

And sometimes it happens because one of two things, whether you send your ID, maybe blurred

and it wasn't readable correctly. Or maybe you write something by mistake that wasn't in your ID

per se. So I'm going to click into I accept. I'm going to select the part where it says verified

This one says verification failed. So I'm going to go again and select verify again

Now what I did was to try to use a Bali government issued document. And the first time I tried with

the passport and it didn't work. So what I'm going to do now is with an ID card. So after I put the

ID card, it's really, really important that we have to ensure that the document is not expired

It's not scanned. It's not removed any card, there's no reflections or blurred that affect

the readable content. And of course, we are not able to hold the document in our hand, we just

need to put it in the background right now after you send your personal information and your

government ID is going to be asking you for a facial recognition. It's really, really important

guys that you're not using hats. And if you have a long hair, it must be behind your ears, because

that's an issue that I actually deal with it. And that might be the reason I didn't get the

verification. And lastly, if you have another account, you cannot have more than one account

on Binance. So that was the main reason why I didn't get verified. So as you can see, it didn't

took more than 15 minutes. Now it says verified. And actually, I was trying to make the bar if I

plus but I didn't quite do correctly because the proof of the address maybe was a little blurred. So

I have to do that again. But as I just told you, you need to be very careful with the picture that

you're going to be sending. Otherwise, it's going to take more time. So there you have it, guys

just in case that you may be thinking that this is some kind of a mistake of the application

I strongly recommend you guys to contact the support of Binance and explain the situation why
