How to Connect Shopify with Amazon. Hey guys, welcome back. In this video, I will be showing you how you can

connect Shopify with Amazon and we will be doing it step by step for free. Now, keep in mind that when

you're looking to connect Shopify with Amazon, you do need an Amazon Associates account so you can

begin your product linking and to actually be able to receive your commissions from Amazon Associates

So you do have to create your account for that. You have to create your account for that you have to begin your product linking

to provide your tax information your basic financial information such as you know how you're going

to be paying taxes and whatnot depending on the region that you're present and you also have to

provide your email address first name last name as well as your address so once you have completed

building your amazon account keep in mind we're importing products from amazon to shopify so let's

get into it now after you have created your shopify store and you want to connect amazon first thing you

have to do is install a plugin to do this simply click on settings on the bottom left once you

click on your settings you're going to click on apps and sales channels on the bottom left you will find

this option in this little toolbar or drop down menu now once you do that you're going to click

on Shopify app store on the top right and this will open up the Shopify app store now over here

just search for amazon and once you search for amazon over here you're going to find multiple

different types of, you know, applications or integrations or plugins, whatever you might want to

call them. Now, there is a application built called Tom IT Marketplace Connect, where you can build

or connect your marketplace. You have Amazon integration, AutoDS, Amazon importer, spreader app

Now, this is the app that I actually recommend where you can drop ship your Amazon product and

earn your affiliate commissions. You also have said commerce Amazon Central, so you can sell your

selling on Amazon becomes easy, with your sales channels directly being added to Amazon

So these two are two very different types of apps because people don realize you can connect Amazon in two ways Either you taking products from Amazon and selling them on Shopify

or you're taking products from Shopify and selling them on Amazon. So for said commerce

if you want to do it the other way around, so you want to take your Shopify products that

you own by yourself and start selling those on Amazon, then you can use said commerce

So both of these are doing pretty different functions. Now we're going to get started by importing products from Amazon to our Shopify store using the Amazon importer spreader app

So you want to click on install over here. And once you click on install, you can begin the installation process on your Shopify store

So as you guys can see over here, you're going to click on install app on the top right

And in a couple of seconds, your authorization would be completed and you can get started with setting this application up

Now, once you've done that, you will be able to see, I have automatically been left. logged on to my Amazon Associates account. You will see I've logged onto my account on the same browser

so you want to do that to make it easier for you. Now, let's say I have a Amazon product link

and you can go into product linking on your Amazon Associates account, and then go on ahead and you can

enter, you know, the type of product you want. So let's say this is going to be laptops over here

and you can get your own, you know, name your link. And then you can highlight this as a sheet

email and copy this as well you can also link to search results or link to any page and you can enter

that particular amazon page and get your own personal associates link so if i find a product on

amazon like um this one over here let's say it's this one i can copy the link of this go into my

associates account paste it and you can get your own personal customized link so over here you're

going to get your own personal link and then you will be able to see how it's going to look like you can

copy this HTML Now this is just to earn your commissions Obviously if you have any kind of product that you selling yourself on Amazon then you can directly link those So let say I have this HTML and I can copy it And then I can go on ahead and paste it over there

So let's say I'm just going to go general bestsellers like this

I'm going to highlight this HTML and this will lead people directly to the beauty section

I'm going to copy this. And once I do that, I'm going to go back to my Amazon spreader app and paste it and click on ad

product. So this is currently a not a product page instead. It's a general page. So I will have to

actually go into a particular product to add that to the spreader app instead. So taking a look at

any product, you will see your Amazon Associates link will automatically be generated on the top

Amazon Associate Site Stripe. And you can click on settings, turn side stripe off if you want to turn it off

as well. But let's say I want to get the link in the form of text. And this is my affiliate link over

here I can get a short link or a full link and then once I do that I can go into the spreader

app and click on paste over here and click on add products now if it shows your error you can go

ahead and add the full link instead now you guys can see it's going from Amazon to Shopify and in a

couple of seconds this will be imported onto Shopify this can be applied to any category so you guys

can see now this product has been added in the spreader app and you can go on head and click on edit over

here to edit the listing on Shopify instead so you guys can see the listing was imported as it was on

amazon directly to my Shopify store now I might want to remove limited edition over here and said I might want to

add a tag called limited edition over here and I don't want it in the title I just want it to be tagged

and after that let's say I don't want some of the other information such as the number of ounces

and fall-scented body lotion for women. I don't want to include these keywords instead

and I also don want to include this keyword instead So I just going to shorten the title a little This is totally up to your personal preferences how you want to customize your listing once you completed this you can click on save over here and now if I go onto my Shopify store you will see I have my product

added without even going into Shopify I can click on preview in my online store and this has been

added and you can go on ahead and add you know whenever someone buys off of this you're actually

going to be leading them back to Amazon and you will be getting a

affiliate commission so this is a simple and easy way for you to build your product

list with Amazon now what was the other way around well the other way around is

importing from Shopify to Amazon so for that you can go into your apps and

sales channels and click on Shopify app store make sure that you have a

Amazon merchant account for this if you do not you're not gonna be able to

complete this type of process where you're taking from Shopify and going on to

Amazon you can click on the set commerce Amazon channel over here and click on install from here

you can add Amazon as a sales channel so like you're selling your product on your own store

and maybe you're selling it on APOS then you will have a third sales channel called your Amazon

sales channel so you can click on add sales channel over here and then you're going to link your

Amazon seller account directly to set commerce to be able to sell your product so let's

complete our installation process so So this will open up your sales channels

You will see this will be added to sales channels and you can pin it over here. Now, if I want to sell something on my Amazon sales channel, I also have to go into my account

So the first thing you have to do is connect your Amazon account. And once you do that, you can go into products over here

And in your product section, you can take any product and you will see the sales channels listed over here

So you can click on the number of sales channels you have and click on view channel

and then you will be able to see more details about each individual sales channel that this particular product is included in
