0:06
Hello everyone. Welcome back to another video. I hope you all are doing great and are having an amazing
0:12
In this video, where I am going to be teaching you how you're going to be creating pages in your WordPress or WooCommerce
0:19
And it could be, you know, your card pages, your checkout pages, and a whole lot more
0:23
So this is going to be really simple and really easy. And obviously your WooCommerce needs to be fully set it up
0:28
And once you've set it everything up, I'm going to be talking about the different extensions and the different things that you can use to actually make these pages and these external types of working
0:40
So it's going to be a very good layout, very good thing to work with, and we're going to have a lot of fun with it
0:45
So basically, let's get straight into it. Now, to start things off, obviously, first of all, we're going to want to make the page, okay
0:54
And once we've made the page, we're going to add the styling and the editing
0:58
stuff in it. So obviously for the editing stuff, we are going to need some kind of editor
1:04
You know, it could be Element or it could be WordPress's very own editor, to be honest
1:09
So obviously for the cart and checkout page, we're also going to need to add some relevant
1:14
details. And those relevant details are the payment details, the product details, and the address
1:20
that it's going to check out too. So you get the point. So basically three things. Good page
1:27
good editing and good information. Page and editing can be done normally through the pages section and from obviously
1:34
different add-ons. The editing, the section where you're going to add an information about account, privacy
1:41
payments, and all, that's going to be needed to done through WooCommerce
1:45
And obviously you can do that for yourself. But yeah, even on WooCommerce, when you're on their settings, you can create a cart and
1:53
check out page directly from there as well. also just assign a page with some certain set stuff and you going to save changes okay just go on wool commerce go to settings go to advanced settings and over there you going to get the paid setup option where
2:09
it says these pages need to be set to that will commerce knows where to send users to check out so
2:14
basically what you're going to do first is you're going to go over to your pages and once we're
2:19
over here we're going to click on add new page first of all we're going to add our card
2:22
page and then we're going to add our checkout page and obviously going back to
2:27
WooCommerce and you know directly adding these back into the setting section is
2:32
really important and really easy and you're going to need to do this you know for
2:36
yourself yeah here you get all these you can see text widgets and all so obviously
2:43
go with the type of page you're going with okay there's it could be services page
2:48
you could be contact page coming soon page link in bio newsletters
2:52
there's portfolio there's blog store text you know go with whatever page you want to go with uh let's say
3:02
i am going to go with blank page for now okay and once you've gone with blank page i'm just going to
3:07
call this the card page over here cart age okay and i'm going to click on publish so it can be
3:16
published onto my store now once you've obviously created a card page we're going to create a checkout
3:22
page so we're there we go card page is now live now once you've created a card page we're
3:27
going to go back to view pages and over here we're going to create the checkout page for ourselves
3:31
and once we've created the both pages we're going to go ahead and link this to our
3:36
boobliners through the settings so again i'm going to go into blank page check out page
3:44
now once you go to check out page click on publish and once you click on publish everything
3:49
is going to load up properly and fine. So there we go
3:53
Now we have two pages that we've properly published into our store
3:57
Now obviously two things remain Connecting this to your WooCommerce to obviously add in the information then adding actual you know cart and checkout page widgets in it
4:10
So first of all, where you're going to do is you're going to go into your WooCommerce. Make sure everything is upgraded
4:14
And once you do, you're going to go into Settings Advanced, going to Pade Setup
4:18
It's going to be the first option, and it's going to say these pages need to be set so that
4:22
WooCommerce knows where to send users to check out. And then there's going to be a few options
4:28
there's going to be the card page option the checkout page option my account page terms and conditions
4:35
and you know all those so what you're going to do is you're going to choose the card page and
4:40
check out page option and obviously add the pages that we just added on our you know pages section
4:48
now once you've added your pages from there and out what you are going to want to do is obviously
4:53
we're going to want to edit them or we're going to want to you know add posts in them
4:58
or you know add some source of media in them because it's an e-commerce store and it can't really be an e-commerce store
5:04
without you know some good styling good themes good texting and good media so to obviously add good media
5:12
either you can go up in media over here and add your things or something fun you could do is add some
5:19
type of plugin okay and you can easily access plugins by going into plugins obviously and over here
5:25
you can search for any plugin that you want to go with so there's different plugins uh the most
5:31
famous one for WordPress is obviously Elementor and it's a drag and drop page builder but you can
5:37
obviously search more if you don't want to go with Elementor although Elementor is totally free
5:42
and I would recommend using Elementor you can in the end just go with whatever you know makes or
5:49
make sense to your works best for you so there's uh you know WP Bakery page builder there's
5:55
page builder sandwich breezy page builder and a whole lot more but obviously the best in my opinion is elementor website builder elemental website builder has it all It a great drag page builder pixel design mobile responsive editing and much much more
6:14
So you get the whole concept of it. The number one creation platform powering over 10 million websites worldwide
6:21
Elementor is the leading website building platform for WordPress, enabling web creators to build professional pixel-perfect websites with an intuitive visual builder
6:29
You know, you can quickly create amazing websites for your clients and a whole lot more
6:34
So, as I said, Elementor is pretty incredible. It's pretty good. It's pretty good when it comes to working
6:40
The working environment of it is pretty terrific. So, so obviously go ahead
6:46
You're going to add it. And once you've added it, you can go to your pages and you can obviously start editing your cart and check out pages however you like
6:54
Okay. and obviously you have full design capability with full design freedom so go ahead and design whatever
7:01
and however you want it to look like and once you've designed all the pages basically that's going to be
7:09
about it when it comes to the whole working of your WordPress okay and this is how simply and easily
7:18
we're going to go ahead and you know mess with our designs and make things you know
7:25
work more simply and more easier. So yeah, basically that's about it when it comes to adding cart
7:32
and checkout pages into your WordPress. So I hope this tutorial was extremely helpful to you and if you have any
