How to STAKE in COINBASE Wallet Earn money with Cryptocurrency Staking

Hey everybody, welcome to this new video, so in this tutorial let's take a look at

how we can stake into Coinbase, actually we are going to get an APY into Coinbase

So what does APY stands for? So the application of Coinbase says that this one stands for Annual Percentage Yield, that

can be thought as an amount of interest you'll earn on your funds over the course of the year

Do I know how much interest I'll earn? The amount of interest earned will vary based on the assets, change over time

So if I go into my assets, I'm going to go back into Coinbase.com, I'm going to go into

the yields section and there are only a few tokens that are available, eligible to have

the lifetime earnings. So as you can see I have Ethereum 2, DIA, Thesaurus, Cosmos and Cardano and a few of Solana

So this one is going to be generating me a few APY here

So as you can see here it says cover new assets, we can select another token so you can receive that

So as you can see here it says Solana. So if you want to stake inside Coinbase you need to buy, purchase a bunch of these tokens

just to have some yield rating here. So for example here the earning and the yield rate from Cosmos is 5%

So I have just received a few of these. This is my pending rewards in here and I can manage the interest of the stake in here

So if you don't want to stake your token you can select this option that says none

So you can earn no yield on your atom, but if you want you can enable that

And automatically if you purchase one of these tokens here, automatically it's going

to be staked already into your account. So if I select the option that says buy and sell, you can go into learn about yield and

if you scroll down it says discover new assets. So you're going to see all the tokens that you can make a stake here

The only token that I have not have into my account and I can stake is the FIFA and I

can either get 2% of the APY. So you select the token here and you're going to see all the information about the FIFA and

here it says why to buy FIFA. So if you want to you can make the purchase into your Coinbase wallet or you can go into

your application from Coinbase into your phone and you can make the purchase real quick and

you automatically going to earn the 2.28% of the APY. So if you see this option that says DeFi yield, you can select this option, try DeFi

Ready to earn DeFi, you go into enable DeFi yield. But that works only depending on the country that you're living in

I'm pretty sure this does not work into my country, but you guys, you can go ahead and select the enable DeFi yield

But in this case, I just have the amount that I'm going to be earning here, the average

of what I'm going to be earning and the lifetime earning that I've gained so far
