How to list your property on Airbnb 2023 full guide

Hello, everyone. Welcome back to another video. I hope you all are doing great and are

having an amazing and absolutely incredible day. I bring you back to yet another video

And in this video, we're going to be discussing on how you're going to allow yourself to basically add any type

of property or list your very own property on Airbnbs. OK, so it's going to be really simple

It's going to be really easy and it's going to be really fun to do these kinds of things for yourself

So without further ado, let's just get straight into it. Now, to start things off, basically, you can initialize visibility

and the reservations for your Airbnb and I've got you everything covered in this

video, so please do make sure to fully watch this video till the end so you can get a good idea and concept of how we're going to work with this

So as always, you will need to go to your browser and once you're in your browser, you're obviously going to search up

Airbnb.com. Now, once you search up Airbnb.com from there, what you're going to do is you're going to be redirected to this

website, which is Airbnb's main website over here. Right now in Airbnb's main website, what you are going to be doing is over here

You're first of all going to set up an account for yourself. Right. Now, if you don't have an account, then you can't really list a property

So you're going to go over here and you're going to click on sign up. Now, once you click on sign up, it's going to take you to the whole sign up procedure

obviously. So what you're going to do is you're going to sign up with either your

phone number or you can continue with an email. So I'm just going to go ahead and do that

I'm going to add my email over here. So I'm just going to paste that

We're going to click on and continue from there on out. Now it brings us to a security check where you're just going to verify that it is you

And if everything is verified, you're going to go ahead, add in your name

You're going to add in your date of birth. I'm just going to go ahead and quickly add that as well

Now, once you've added your date of birth from there on out, what you're going to do is you're just going to go ahead and add a strong password

for yourself. And once you add a strong and well-known password, everything should be pretty much easy from there on out

Now, there we go. I'm just going to go ahead, click on agree and continue

And it's going to take me to my proper Airbnb account. So Airbnb is a community where anyone can belong

It's going to click on agree and continue. And here we go. So now we've created an account so you can also confirm your phone number

for Airbnb if you want your users to actually reach you, if you want your users to actually know who you are

So just make sure to verify everything. So I'm just going to go ahead and verify my phone number

And once I've done that, what you're going to do from there is

you're just going to go ahead straight to your phone number. You're going to get a verification code

So just make sure that everything is verified. And once everything is verified

then we're going to get into listing our property. Now, as you can see, I have verified my phone number

Now, once you verify your phone number from there on out, you are going to get straight into the listing process

Now, obviously, as you can see, there's a lot of listings over here. But what do most of these have in common

Great photo quality. So you are going to want to make sure

that the photo quality of your images is absolutely top notch. And after the photo quality, you're going to want to make sure

that the location and the features, everything is accurate. OK, don't put in any lies or anything

like that, because people obviously can cross reference. OK, so let's say if you have this place

like it's a hundred and eighty dollars per night, right? And modern Chalet near skiing and amenities

So obviously to reconfirm if it actually looks like this, people can cross reference it

So you can come here. Let's say I'm going to write a Chalet Finland

OK, I'm just going to go ahead and write that. And I can actually cross reference it if the Chalet is actually a real thing

And if it looks anything like the images they put up, then obviously it's pretty good

So, yeah, obviously it cross references with the images that you can see on the BNB

So, yeah, basically it might be legit. So, you know, you need to keep the information accurate

So to start things off, what you're going to do is you're going to come here. And once you come here, you are going to be going into your listings

OK, and how are you going to basically list your property? First of all, obviously, make sure to get all the required things

As I told you, you are going to want to make sure that you have your photos

You're going to have your basic you could say your pictures, your features

your photos, all of those. And now once you've done that, you're going to come to Airbnb or home

Now, once you click on Airbnb or home, you can, as I said, put your phone on Airbnb or your home or

you know, wherever you live on Airbnb. Now, basically, if we live over here

you're going to add it wherever you live type of space that you have

Like, let's say I want to give a type of space in this area

with the four bedrooms. And I'm just going to go ahead and update my estimate

And it says that one night is estimated sixty nine dollars a night in my region

And obviously, if I were to give people 15 nights, that would be a thousand dollars in 15 nights, which is pretty

incredible, right? So if your estimate is good and you think everything is good to go, you're going to go on Airbnb set up

Now, once you go on Airbnb set up, it's going to load things in. And here it says, tell us about your place

Here's some basic info. Make it stand out, finish and publish. So we're going to click on get started

And this is where you can add your listing. So you're going to tell them about your place, you know, where your place is

consulting. And so obviously I'm going to go. Let's say if I'm going to put up a house, I'm going to go with a house

What type of place will guests have? Will they have the entire house

Will they have one room or is it a shared room? I'm going to go with the entire place

OK, you're going to want to make sure to add accurate information about this

I'm just going to go ahead and add any type of location

So let's say I'm going to add this location over here. Now, once you've added the location, add the necessary details

And once you've done that, you're going to click on next. Once you click on next, make sure all the things are relevant

Show some basics about your place. You know how many guests it could hold up, how many bedrooms it has

how many guests it actually has, you know, it could have like four guests at one time

How many beds does the house have? You know, so you can go with all these things for yourself

Now, once you've done that, click on next. You just keep going with the necessary

questions, make your place stand out, add in different images. You know, what does your place have to offer

Add all those things and dedicate workspace, air conditioning, pool, hot tub, patio

you know, whatever is necessary. Just go ahead and add all of that

Once you do that, click on next. Now, what you're going to do is you're also

going to basically upload photos from your device. And once all of this is done, your listing is basically going to be done

You can also save an exit from your current steps of listing. Like you don't necessarily need to be completing it all in one go

But yeah, you get the general idea of it. This is how you are going to be adding

listings onto your Airbnb in the easiest, most simplest way possible. So, yeah, that's essentially about it
