How to Request an INVOICE on AMAZON (2 Different Methods)

Welcome everybody into this new Amazon tutorial here. So if you want to request

an invoice of a purchase that you've recently made, the first thing you want

to do after you logged into amazon.com is to look for this icon right in here

and go into your orders right in here. So once you find your orders here you want

to select the last one. So let's say I make this purchase of a Switch, right? So

what I want to do is to click on the item that I just made the purchase here

So after it clicked into the details of the purchase that I've just made, as you

can see we have a lot of options here. So as you can see this one says download

the electronic invoice. So I can be sending that into the government issue

So I can download here into XML or PDF file. So once I've made that it's gonna

be generating me my electronic invoice. So it's really really easy to make an

invoice and to request an invoice into Amazon. Now I must say guys it's really

simple to make invoice if the purchase was made from and by Amazon. If this one

sent from another party, I'm gonna go back and show you another purchase here

So for example in this transaction this was not sent by Amazon. The buyer was

not Amazon. So as you can see this says the electronic invoice is not available

So if I click in here just to see why, it says item sold by a third party. So

Amazon does not issue electronic invoice. So if we want to select and look for an

invoice for this specific items here, you want to contact the seller so we can ask

an invoice. So here's the seller message assistance. So after you select

the item that you want to help with, you want to get an invoice right. So let me

help you send a message to the seller and pull to the announcement here. And now

the messenger assistant says wait a few days for the seller to respond. If you

don't get a reply from the Ugreen please contact us again. So if there's

anything they can help us, you can go into have another question or that's..

There you have it guys. That's two ways that we can ask for an invoice. So once

again guys if you want to make a purchase into amazon.com, if the buyer of

the item is from Amazon and sent by Amazon, it will be much easier and

quicker to receive an invoice. If not, if it's a third party, you must contact the
