How To Change Country in Google Play Store (2024)

So you wanted to change the language or the country you are currently at into Google Play

There's two things that we can do. First of all, we wanted to sign into our Google Play section

As you can see here, I'm into my computer, but the process is actually really simple and the same inside both scenarios

So as you can see, I click here, and I go into Manage Your Google Account

and I wanted to make sure that I have signed it into the one that I wanted to customize

I'm going to go now back, I'm going to reload. Let's go now once again into my account, and here what you wanted to do is to go directly into your settings

Now inside your settings, you have the Purchase and Apps installed through play.google.com

or only app installed through play.google.com. I wanted to enable this one so I can install stuff outside the apps installation, just in case you have any questions there

just leave it like that. Now later on, I'm going to get into my Manage Your Google Account

and here you can see that I have the payment and subscriptions. If I go directly into Manage My Account, you can see that I have the personal information, data and privacy, security, and much more

Now what I wanted to do is to try to scroll all the way down until I find the general preference for the actual web

Now here, you can see that we have the language, the input tools, and the accessibility

Now usually, this is the whole information that we have if you wanted to download stuff

So this is an actual solution if you wanted to download stuff from another country

And for that, first of all, you wanted to install a VPN

For example, let's say that I have a free VPN, so I'm going to type free VPN

and as you can see, there's an actual code, Proton. Now Proton is totally for free, there are no ads and no speed limits

So I'm going to try to get the Proton VPN free into my computer

so I can once again get inside Google Play, but into another country

So let's try to install this. And now in this case, it's going to be asking me to sign with my username and the passcode

So as you can see, I'm just going to hit into quick connect

And waiting for usable connection, connecting to the Netherlands, for example. And this is totally for free

So now I'm connected to my Netherlands, I'm going to go back into Google Play

And I reload my page. So now, as you can see, I have now different stuff that I can add directly into Google Play

So this is why I needed to have an actual new VPN connected

in order to have access to different stuff into different countries. Really, really important things
