without further ado let's get straight into it so to start things off we're going to come

over to monday.com over here a platform built for any way of working or would you like to manage

we're just going to click on task management over here and click on get started again as you get started

it takes you through the whole sign-up process so you know you're going to go ahead and add your

click on continue once you've added everything clicked on continue it asks for your full name and

So once you're into the Monday.com section from here, what you're going to want to do is you're going to invite someone into task

Whatever it says, let's start working together on your first board. Okay, I'm going to call this board task 101

Okay, I'm going to call this tasks 101 just for fun. We're going to click on next

Now, let's select the relevant columns for your board. Okay. So, you know, there could be the owner, due date status, files, last updated, timeline

priority, et cetera. Now, obviously, if I'm doing them, I am going to be the owner, so I'm going to stay on this

With due date, yes, status, yes, priority, yes, I'm going to go with that

Then obviously, if I'm doing design and creative tasks, I'm going to keep a budget as well

because every design and creative tasks will have a budget. So select one of the items you would like to manage

Obviously, task management, so I'm going to go with tasks. And once you go with tasks, here it says out of view layout

Now there's different views. So there's the table view, which is this view over here

And there's a Canban view, which is your basic Canban board view. A timeline view which shows you a timeline view A calendar view which shows your calendar cards which is a lot like your basic Canman view Then there the Gantz chart which is you know just a basic chart

Now, the most commonly used one is Canban, but we're going to start out with table because

it's the default view for every, you could say, project management or task management software

So it says list your tasks. So I'm going to go with, let's say the first task of mine

is going to be design new, let's say, a project, you know, because let's say I'm into designing

and I want to design some new thing. Then UI replenish. So let's say I will also have to design this

user interfaces, you know, thing. And then finally, brainstorm, which comes in creativity

So brainstorm new ideas. So, you know, I can add these tasks for myself

Click on next. Group tasks to better organize your work. So you're going to go ahead

So let's start working. This is your basic dashboard. This is where everything's going to go down

So here are your tasks. So design you project, UI, or Planis, brainstorm you ideas

Now you're first of all going to get into the task. This is how you can rename them

Just click on that. and you can rename the task. I'm going to go with the same names

How are you going to edit a detail of the task? So let's say I've made a task, but I don't know anything about it

So I am going to click on it over here. Once you click on it, it's going to say design new project, you know, write an update and everything

You can change the due dates according to whatever you want, you know. Pretty simple, pretty basic upfront stuff

There's statuses. Okay, your status is what matters a lot as well

So, you know, you can say if you're working on it, you're working on it. If you're stuck, you can leave that on stock and you can, you know

actually use the help of your boss or something like that. And if you're a freelancer, you can just use the help of the internet

If you're stuck, you can obviously create a new group for that. You can call this group things

And the fun thing about the table view is you can drag any of the tasks and just

discard that. And you can also discard a whole task by just clicking on this, click on delete and you
