Hello everyone welcome back to another video I hope you all are doing great and

are having an amazing and incredible day. I bring you back with yet another video and in this video we're going to be

you know talking in great detail on how you can create an email template

in canva with your MailChimp in the easiest most simplest way possible

So to allow yourself to do this all you're going to do is first of all obviously you're going to come over to canva and we're going to talk about

canva you know because canva is solely a design-based platform and MailChimp on the other hand is a

solely you know email marketing platform. Now when it comes to using canva you know it's really simple

because its ease of design and user interface is absolutely amazing when it

comes to you know integrating it with anything. So to integrate it with some program like MailChimp what you're

going to want to do is obviously you're first of all going

to make sure that you have a proper you could say email template

Okay so we're going to go ahead and write email once you write email obviously you're going to choose what kind of

thing you want to make so it could be email marketing it could be email newsletter you know whatever makes more sense

and obviously as you're over here you're going to stay over here

and we're going to come over to MailChimp. So as we go to MailChimp over there we're just going to quickly need to sign

up and everything okay because obviously these two need to work together and for together we need to open them simultaneously

So just go ahead and click on sign up and once you click on sign up trust me

the sign up process is absolutely easy it doesn't take too long go with the

free one okay once you've gone with the free one just go ahead and input all the things that it asks you to enter

Once you do all that I'm just going to go ahead and enter the username then you have your basic password so just go ahead

and enter that and once you've entered anything you're just going to go ahead and click on sign up and yeah that's going to sign

you out with the MailChimp account then it's going to ask you a few questions about you know what you want to do with

MailChimp why do you want to use MailChimp so you're just going to go ahead and skip all those necessities

and once we have skipped all those things out for ourselves from there what we're going to want to do is obviously we're just going to go

ahead into our campaigns and we're obviously going to choose some type of email builder

that will help us create an actual email okay so whilst we're in that email builder what we're going to be doing

is you're going to come over and we're going to write email

banner over here okay so once you're here I'm going to just

enter email banner and as you enter email banner you get all these banners

that you can add on top of the email so you can choose it from any of these templates or you can choose you know any design

from the top of Canva so you know it's pretty simple it's pretty easy to get your head around this

now once it asks for you know verification just go ahead and verify

your account as well so the activation of your MailChimp account needs to be

done through a proper link that they give you so just confirm that it's you and once you've confirmed that it's you

and it's your actual account you're pretty much good to go it takes

you to the sign up and setup process now once you have you know cleared everything it's going to bring you

to the actual page so what MailChimp does is it gives you all these widgets to add for yourself so let's say I'm going to

go with these just consent them to you know something and we should do that click on next and you can obviously just skim through

these things okay you don't necessarily need to add every single line of detail

I'm just going to go ahead and skip all of this and once you've skipped all of

that from there what's going to happen is you're going to head into the templates and do

as I've said obviously we're going to go with the free plan and there it goes into preparing our account

now when it comes to your email template banner you can also create a banner

straight from scratch for yourself okay and creating a banner straight from scratch requires you to obviously

have a little you could say experience in the design world now if you don't want to get into too much designing then I will not

recommend you to do this step but if you are good in designing then

all you can do is you're going to stay on these designs

just go with any proper email template design let's say I'm going to go with this okay so newsletter spring email banner

I'm going to go ahead and customize this template so if you want to add some flair into this template by yourself that's obviously

well and good but if you don't want to do that basically just go ahead and delete all of this

click on delete then you take this image click on delete again

okay and that is going to basically delete all of these things that you

don't necessarily want and there we go so now you have a fresh scratch email

now what you're going to do from here is you're going to go into campaigns as I said and once you go into campaigns over there

you're going to create some type of email campaign so we're going to click on create new you're going to go in regular email

obviously because that is exactly what we're going to create and once you've gone into regular email from there on out

what you're going to do choose everything that you necessarily want who it's end time then we're going to go into design email

which is the more important part and once you're in the design email bit

yeah from here this banner that we want to create that like this thing in the

middle that they've created over here that is exactly what you want to go with so let's say I'm going to apply for this

template over here once you apply for this template it's going to bring you to this section and it's time to design your email and this

is the banner so then just create whatever banner you want you know you can add different text widgets for yourself

or you can add different elements or again as I said just use the designs

and you know let's say it's for the march semester that's starting off so you can just write march newsletter

or maybe it could be something related to shoes okay and you can let's say I'm going to go ahead and

search up you know motivation let's search up motivation and look at that starts giving you these things and let's say you want to

it's like the final term of the semester and you want to tell people to never give

up or maybe you want to give out a black friday okay you want to give out a black friday

thing you're just going to go on share click on download once you do that

choose a png and once you choose a png click on download again what that will

do is it will download the design that you've chosen and once you download the design

you're going to just going to come here you're going to click on this image you're going to click on browse image and now you're going to upload a file

that we've just downloaded from your bc and once you do that as you can see it

takes you into uploading and there you go and then obviously you can match this

color scheme okay by just going into styles obviously our color scheme is a bit darker so you can go with a darker color scheme

you know you don't necessarily need to stay or stick with this light color scheme and once you've

gone with the darker color scheme from there on out what you're going to be doing is yeah just send this email out

and clicking on saving and exit and that is how you're going to be using canva

with mailchimp to make an email template so that's about it thank you for
