How to Cancel a Disney Plus ACCOUNT (2024) Stop Subscription for Disney +

So, let's say that you no longer want to pay for Disney+, or just want to cancel your

Disney account. So, in this case, what I want to do in the very first step is to go into my browser

type DisneyPlus.com, and once I am in here, what I want to do first of all is to sign

into my Disney+. Let's go into logged in, and here I want to fit all my information, my email, continue

to continue, and choose my actual passcode. After I have just signed it in, what I want to do is to choose the account that has full

access into Disney+, in order to change the subscription. So, in this case, it would be the My Profile section

So, my PIN should be this one, and now that I have full access, what I want to do is to

focus into the upper side, and here what you want to do is to go into Account

Now here as you can see, we have the account details, the subscription, the switch to combo

the settings, and much more. You can delete your account if you want to

First of all, what you want to do is to cancel the actual subscription. So, as you can see, here is the subscription, Disney Monthly as you can see, and right above

in here, you have the payment information, next billing date, and the last payment

If you go below here, you can cancel the subscription right in here

So, if you cancel the subscription, you will have access till December 15 on the next billing date

But if you want an actual refund for what you paid into this month, before you cancel

the subscription, what I can do and totally suggest to do is to type the Help Center that

appears down into the folder section of the website. So now what I want to do is to type, let's say for example, Refund

I scroll a little bit down, and I choose the Contact Them in order to start an actual refund

So let's say for example, I'm going to go into Account, I wanted to chat with someone

live right now, and in this case, since we are into Mexico City, this one only has available Spanish

But you can change this from another country later and try to initiate your chat and tell

them what is the main reason you wanted to cancel and the refund of the previous month

that you actually paid for. So you start the chat, you explain your information, and you ask them to cancel your account and

to get the refund of your latest monthly paid that you have done, of your latest monthly

paid that you could do here into Disney+. So it turns out we now have the full refund of the previous month that we actually paid for

So we need to check out our actual Disney email. So you can see it says, we started to see you go, you have access to Disney by the end

of 15th of December. And as you can see, now we have the refund process already been created

So once again, you don't want to cancel your account right away if you wanted to get an

actual refund, but to first contact them and explain the situation so they can make the

cancel, so they can make the cancellation process plus the refund of your full money

So I'm going to try to reload the page and I will no longer have access till that actual date

So as you can see, guys, it wasn't that actually hard. It's really, really simple here to get your money back and to cancel your account
