0:11
Good evening. Thanks for being with us. I'm Steve Lacey. And I'm Natasha Burma. Cassie Ventura breaking down on the stand just moments ago
0:17
Today's testimony is so shocking that at one point, one of the jurors let out a deep breath and rested her hand on her chest
0:23
after being shown sexually explicit images. We have a team of reporters inside and outside the courtroom
0:28
covering all of this. Fox News' Michelle Ross kicks off her coverage first at five tonight. Michelle
0:35
Natasha, Steve, Cassie Ventura sharing even more jaw-dropping details in her testimony today
0:41
We're also finally learning how many millions she received in that civil lawsuit against Diddy
0:45
and she broke down on the stand talking about the time he allegedly raped her in her hotel
0:50
in her living room, rather, back in 2018. Now, the jury was shown sexually explicit images
0:55
of one of those freak-offs taken from a video. The press and public were not allowed to see the pictures
1:01
but jurors visibly reacted to the images. The defense will begin cross-examination tomorrow at 9.30
1:07
but some more issues need to be resolved among both teams prior
1:11
both legal teams, and cross-examination could last until Friday. And our Lisa Evers was also in the courtroom today
1:18
Lots of sensitive information, lots of triggering information for the jury to see
1:22
Lisa, what was the mood like in the courtroom today? Well, Michelle, that's absolutely right
1:25
And in terms of those images from the freak offs that the jurors were shown and that were startling to them they took serious precautions in the courtroom to make sure that they were only seen by the jurors The cameras were the video monitors were turned off
1:40
There was shielding, you know, shielding shields, basically, visual shields put over the TV sets that the jurors were looking at
1:48
so that people couldn't be doing this and looking, you know, sideways like it
1:51
But a very tense, very, very tense afternoon, and the tension had been building the whole morning
1:56
But today, Cassie walked in there like a woman in charge, and she was just determined to speak her truth, which she most certainly did
2:03
And she took up the entire day of testimony. So what was the focus for today
2:07
Well, the focus for today was where did all of this lead? Where did the freak-offs that we heard about yesterday, where did they lead
2:13
We learned more about those today. She said that there had been hundreds of them over the 11 years of her relationship with Sean Diddy Combs
2:20
She also talked about the physical and emotional after effects of this, the damage that was done to her emotionally and physically
2:27
She said she had nonstop UTIs, urinary tract infections, but was forced to continue to do these freak offs, even though she was feeling that way
2:36
She had stomach issues because of a lot not going without eating for a couple of days
2:41
Some of these freak offs lasted a couple of days and, you know, other effects as well, which the most serious being the emotional ones that she suffered
2:48
Thank you so much, Lisa. And we also learned that she received $20 million in that civil lawsuit against Diddy. He bought the rights to her book that never ended up published. So we'll have more on this tomorrow. Cross-examination begins early tomorrow morning
3:03
