New Yorkers celebrate 'Good Riddance Day'

Good Riddance Day is the annual event where New Yorkers can say goodbye to what frustrated them throughout the year and formally usher in the start of the year ahead. FOX 5 NY's Stephanie Bertini was live at the scene on Sunday.
