'He came from Las Vegas to New York City to do harm,' Mayor Adams on Midtown NYC shooting

Mayor Adams says the gunman exploited lax gun laws, entered NYC with a high-powered rifle, and killed four. Adams said the NYPD had no warning prior and that over 40 calls helped alert police to the scene.
