Hopefully you had a nice weekend, a holiday weekend for so many people

It was beautiful and warm out. It was beautiful, it was warm, and some of us need caution tape around us, apparently

And that would be you, Crystal. So what happened to you this weekend? I hear a little break telling me

I went to this beautiful place called Casa Cruz. I had dinner with a friend and then we went to see a play

And so everything was going great until I decided, you know, I Uber so much

I'm just going to take the train home because the train is right here. Okay. And so everything was going great

And I'm a big hold on to the handrail. You know, like I'm 95, just hold on to the rail. Right

But have you ever heard the train coming and then you feel people kind of running around you when you're trying to like get out of the way

So I heard the train come. It wasn't my train. So I was still trying to like grab the rail. Mind your business

This dude bumped me, bumped my shoulder like I took a fall, fell down three subway stops

Where's your shoe? That was my scraped up shoe, my ice cream heels, my gross scrape

Where are your toes, by the way? Well, they're not so cute. Did you lose your toes

What's going on here? No, they're just not really highly attractive, so I was trying not to show them in the photo

But that's my shoe. I went home with the shoe in the bag on top of the extra food

and the scrape and the bruise and four or five people help me

I have to say, you know, whenever you wipe out in any way in front of people

you know you have that moment where you're like, this is really happening. People are staring

Yes, I look stupid. And then you just go, but there's nothing I can do about it

Nothing you can do. But you're okay, most importantly. I really am. What do you do now with the rest of the..

Because you have it in the bag. Do you put the ice cream Sunday back together? No, my shoe

repair is going to get paid extra. So they're going to fix it for you. Oh, 100%. I send all his kids to college. Just for your shoe

With my shoes. Well, we got to re-premiere those shoes on Good Night very soon once you get them fixed

We do. Okay. Or maybe our first guest tonight can get you a pair. I'm just saying. I feel like you might have a little crush on them

Just saying. I don't know. I love that. I have a little crush on them

Okay, you know what? Why not? My first guest, you know, he's cute and he has coin. Right

Why not? Maybe I can have some new shoes. Just putting that out there. Okay. My weekend, nobody was hurt during this photo right here

Okay, what were you doing? This was me with a baby. Baby June. So I got to meet the newest little cousin in our family, baby June

She's like three months old. So, so cute. So we had a nice Easter. Hopefully everybody had a nice holiday weekend

I didn't injure myself. I didn't fall down any set of stairs. You didn't drop the baby. And I got to say, you look very cute holding a baby

I'm just putting that out there. I don't know. Hey, maybe someday. God willing

We'll see. But we need to not fall over anymore because earlier this morning, I felt like we were falling

over the place. Crystal and I, we decided let's have some fun in Central Park today

So we were playing pickleball as it is National Pickleball Month. So we were at Wollman Rink

And here's some video of Crystal and I turning it up. Now, you were getting like a live lesson here on the air with this gentleman

Yes, yes. I need live lessons. I need un-live lessons. I need dead lessons

I need all the lessons I can get. Now open all summer long, City Pickle at Wollman Rink

And also they have that great organization, Pickleball for Parkinson's, where they're helping people with Parkinson's with that sport

They said that it really helps them out a lot, which is great news. But let's talk about our first guest, too

Okay, okay. Miss Smitten over here, our first guest, has been known recently, whether he's in a Fast and Furious franchise

or his most recent role in the epic film 1992. But first, we got to know him through his beautiful voice

Oh, we did. So this coming Sunday, he's heading to New Jersey

Oh, really? Uh-huh. I don't make the connection there. Tyrese. Well, I just want to send my condolences to the Pope family and all of the Catholics that are around the world that's mourning the loss

Very interesting timing. Yeah. You know I be in my spiritual bag like the resurrection of Easter and the following day Sure Very interesting And I also want to send my condolences to the Wynn family Elaine Wynn

who was the godmother of my daughters who recently passed. But New York City, with all of this heaviness, comes the light, right? Yes

So I wanted to personally invite you. Which camera is on? This one right there

This is my personal invite to the NJPAC. A couple seats left, I just found out

Okay. And it's going to be an intimate night with me. Normally, I'm on a show, and they like to put 10, 12 people on the bill sometime

And I ask them, is there any way that we can make it a real Tyrese night

So let's talk fashion you can't ignore the fact that see-through dresses have been all

over the red carpets this awards season. Here's the $64,000 question. Can we really pull off those trends in real life

Welcome back. I never want to shy away from a challenge. For real. You are not

We can do this. We will say a prayer for you. But this is sort of a trend we've seen all over, right

I mean, Chris, we've seen a lot of celebs wear this. Yeah, we have. And I was surprised

The Oscars, too, which is usually like the more conservative of the award shows

They were just really bearing all. Yes. We actually took a few of the looks and we pretty much, I think, copied them exactly. Okay

For like under 100 bucks each. Wow. With stuff that you can get Amazon or wherever

So we have our first model here. Yes. So this is inspired by what Kiki Palmer wore on Oscars night

So if you dare to bear like Kiki, you can wear this for a summer rooftop party

I think this is great right here in New York. So all I did to achieve this was take a full coverage bra and panty set from True Kind

This is the Bando bra, almost identical to what Kiki is wearing in the photo

A rose tan color just to give her a nice pop of color so she doesn't feel quite so exposed and transparent

But the bra does have built-in cups and a grippy strip on the top so she doesn't have to worry about it sliding down. Okay

It's very important because there's nothing to cover it up, obviously. And this is a sheer dress that I got on Amazon

Pretty pearl, bling detailing. She doesn't really need much else. Just like Kiki's and the silver accessories

just really make it a party perfect look without a lot of effort. Next we have Vicki and this is inspired by what Kylie Jenner

did for the Oscars after party which was a show stopping bra top dress which she had kind of like the sparkly bra So here I mean this look got so much buzz I actually did a video on Instagram that went like crazy viral explaining how to get this look because it so easy to replicate

So what we did with Vicky is a simple long-line style sweetheart neckline shaping bra from Schaeferment

She's wearing it as a top, as you can see, because it has enough coverage and support really to stand out on its own

tossed on this sparkly blazer from Boohoo so she can still have a little bit of sparkle like Kylie

On the bottom, she has these harem-style pants with a high slit

and Shapermint Essentials Power Mesh shorts underneath them. So we kind of turned the shapewear into a fashion piece

So she's getting all the benefits and the compression and the smoothing, but they look super stylish too, kind of peeking out

But help her to give a little more modest detail. Yeah. All righty. I like it

Next up, we have Sarah. And speaking of swimwear, she's actually in a swimsuit and crochet skirt ensemble that is mimicking what we saw at the Paris Fashion Week shows

Tons of crochet. So this is our take on the trend for a night out, a boozy brunch

You can even opt for it in lighter colors like brown or tan if you don't want the black, which is more evening

And obviously, swim doesn't have to be just for the beach. You can wear the trend

And it's a little bit heartier underneath, so you don't have to feel like it being translucent, like underwear sometimes can be

And also gives you a smoothing effect. Like shapewear. So this is actually mix and match pieces from NYX

It's a higher-waisted swim bottoms. She has a top that has a built-in bra

And it gives you that extra coverage and protection. So she doesn't even need undies either

Oh. Right? And that's actually a cover-up skirt. But you would never know again

Who's this look inspired by? This is our take on the Ariana Grande

That amazing dress that had the ballerina style top with the pleated tulle skirt

Yes. Really turned heads at the Oscars. So this is perfect for, I think, like a Hamptons garden party

Yes. So Brie is in this Ikauer satin cami and tap pants set in this very springy kind of like rose pink color

I love this. The set is only $20. It comes in tons of colors

So you can tie it in the back different ways. You can wear it to sleep in. You can wear it as clothes

I mean, I love that it's just so versatile. She doesn't really look like she's in pajamas because it looks like a cami, so it's very cute

Just because something says it's nightwear or loungewear doesn't mean that it has to be

Exactly. And then added some cute accessories and she's good to go. We've got to find a garden party now

You know what? I was going to wear that to the farmer's market tomorrow. Oh, yes. Can't you see me

What a gorgeous view of Central Park. You've got all these beautiful drinks as well. What's the vibe up there

So the vibe is just one of relaxation. Okay. You know, and then at night it kind of kicks it up a notch with our DJ programming

Cool. But yeah, it's amazing views of New York. We're right at the foot of Central Park

I love that. And you just really can't beat it. All right. With good drinks, how do you get people to leave

I mean, it just seems like one of those places where you just want to lounge for a while

You do. You do. Especially with these drinks. Okay. I bet so. And let's start with this one right here, I believe, right

So what is this? It's so colorful. So this is called the Many Mahalos. This is one of our wonderful drinks off our spring-summer menu

Now, kind of the whole menu was inspired by just the hospitality and warmth of staying at the Park Lane

And with this cocktail, many mahalos means many thanks in the Hawaiian language

We really wanted to create a cocktail that was at home on the beach in Maui, as it is in our beautiful sun-filled rooftop

I'm going to Hawaii. Maybe, Crystal, can we just bring this to the beach with us? Yes, absolutely. Well, I should just keep drinking these because I'm not going

Well, maybe. I mean, there's still time. You can hop in. No, no, but I'll sip and think of you

They'll creep up on you. They will creep up on you. Oh, my God

That flavor is weird. It's so smooth and easy. So you get this wonderful rum

Symphony No. 3 rum. Sake. And then coconut, watermelon, and lime. Just creates just heavenly little

spots. And then what's that next one right there? We got a little pink and green action. So this is called

in your dreams. In your dreams is a beautiful cocktail which is created with my favorite

tequila right now and sueño tequila. Cheers. Okay. Cheers. All righty. And sueño tequila

a bit of watermelon cucumber club soda and Rocky botanical liqueurs which is another one of these wonderful low ABV liqueurs that we using in this cocktail It like sweet and smoky

Right. Yes. Tasty. I know. It's summer in a glass. There you go

Done and done. Okay, finally. Now last but certainly not least. All right, so this is what we're calling the Negroni Tropic

So the Negroni is a cocktail which is a perennial favorite. It's a stiff drink, but we just wanted to give it a little tropical twist

Okay. We have an African rum, Bayab rum. Oh, already? Bayab rum has this wonderful note of pineapple and palm

And then we mix that with a banana liqueur, a bit of a Chinola passion fruit liqueur

And then to kind of round out the whole Negroni experience, we're using Suze, which is a bitter liqueur and a bit of white vermouth

Very nice. It smells dry. Let's give it a little taste, shall we? Cheers. Okay

And what's on the top here? Yes, I was just going to say, what's that garnish? This is a dried papaya

Okay. Oh, wow. I thought it was a carrot. Take that island by, keep going. Okay, do you recommend stirring it

That's exactly what it's for. Okay, look at that. Look at this. Got a little papaya stir. Well, Joseph, we really appreciate your time

Or where did you get them from? Yes, from my mom. Yeah. And now I want to pass it on to my daughter

And now you're passing it on on. Yeah. Because now everyone gets those recipes that are checking out TikTok, which is our tradition

Good. Sharing is caring. And I've never been to Sicily, only heard amazing things

So if this is the closest I can get for now, I'm going for it

Are those arancinis? Yes. Arancini. Arancini balls. Let's go. Yes. So tell us about that recipe and, you know, what really inspired you to keep making it

Well, as a tradition in Italy, we do arancini, especially for Siamoci, for Christmas, any kind of, any party

So it's a good night. party. Maria Rosa how about right over here we have two delicious dishes as well

Yeah so this is anelete a forno. It's basically like a baked ziti but in the

Sicilian culture we used anelete which is like a circle pasta and it's made

with like meat sauce, peas, mozzarella, exactly how you would make like a baked

ziti. So this is like a big staple in our in our tradition and then this is

eggplant carbonata and you could eat that as is or as you know like as a dip or we'd love to eat

it with semolina bread or just dip your spoon right in and grab some bread. You know what ladies

It looks like an empanada. It really does. But inside, it's ricotta and chocolate chips
