Briella, good morning. Good morning, Robert and Tashani. It sure will be because, Rob, 26-year-old Luigi Mangione is expected to appear here at federal court at some point today
0:35
It's unclear exactly what time, but we do know this. His high-profile case has continued to spark a national discussion about the health care industry

And take a look at your screens for a moment because this is the federal indictment that was returned by a federal grand jury
0:52
It contains four counts against Mangione, charging him with two counts of stalking, firearms defense, and murder through the use of a firearm, which carries the possibility of the death penalty
1:02
Earlier this month, Attorney General Pam Bondi already made it clear she intended to pursue the death penalty
1:08
Mangione defense attorney Karen Friedman Agnifolo filed a motion last week seeking to preclude it arguing that Bondi directive goes against the recommendation of local federal prosecutors the law and historical precedent deeming it a political stunt Mangione is charged with stalking UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson
1:26
and then shooting him to death outside the Hilton in Midtown Manhattan this past December
1:31
He was arrested on the run five days later in Altoona, Pennsylvania. And in addition to the federal indictment, Mangione is being charged in Pennsylvania
1:38
and here in New York where he faces murder and terrorism charges. In committing this murder, he crossed state lines
1:47
He used an interstate bus line to travel across state lines to commit this murder
1:53
It was planned. It was premeditated. Sean Diddy Combs is also expected in federal court at 11 o'clock this morning
2:01
An evidentiary hearing is scheduled to handle pretrial issues. The judge is expected to address a request by Diddy's lawyers to delay that trial for two months
2:10
They claim prosecutors have been slow to turn over potential evidence for review, making it difficult to prepare for the trial, which is set for May 5th
2:18
And it will be a very busy day here at federal court, with closing arguments set to continue in the Nadine Menendez case
2:26
Prosecutors argue that she wasn't an innocent bystander in the bribery scheme that landed her husband, former New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez, 11 years in prison
2:36
For now, we're live here, though, in lower Manhattan. Deshaunni, back to you

Briella, thank you
