Andrew Cuomo to remain in NYC mayoral race as an independent

Former NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo is said to officially announce his stay in the mayoral race as an independent candidate. He also calls on three out of the four candidates to unite against one candidate. FOX 5 NY's Robert Moses reports.
