Boateng: Gareth Southgate was a great teammate and a great leader

George Boateng recalls playing with former England coach Gareth Southgate at Aston Villa and Middlesbrough. Boateng also recalls Southgate as Middlesbrough manager and says he could always see his former teammate reaching the elite level.
