In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Add the yeast mixture and 1 beaten egg, then knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Let it rise for about 1-2 hours until doubled in size. Shape the dough into buns, place them on a baking sheet, and let them rise again. Brush with egg wash and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
