Here is a delicious Biko recipe, a classic Filipino sticky rice dessert made with coconut milk and brown sugar. Start by cooking 2 cups of glutinous rice with 2 cups of water until fully cooked. In a separate pan, combine 2 cups of coconut milk and 1 ½ cups of brown sugar, cooking over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly. Add the cooked rice to the coconut mixture and stir continuously until the rice absorbs the liquid and becomes sticky. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and flatten it evenly.
