Will US strikes be enough to derail Iran's nuclear programme?

U.S. President Donald Trump said he had "obliterated" Iran's main nuclear sites in US strikes with massive bunker busting bombs, joining an Israeli assault in a significant new escalation of conflict in the Middle East. But will the US strikes be enough to end or even seriously hamper Iran's nuclear programme?
