Iranian dissident Jafar Panahi wins Palme d’Or for “It Was Just an Cccident"

Iranian filmmaker Jafar Panahi, winner of the Palme d’Or at the 78th Cannes Film Festival for his 11th feature film “It Was Just an Accident”, dedicates his award "to all the filmmakers who are unable to work".
