What's Israeli PM's plan to control Gaza and end the war?

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s conditions to end the war include defeating and disarming Hamas, releasing all hostages, and maintaining Israeli security control over Gaza. While Israel plans to keep military oversight, civilian governance would be handed to a third party supported by Arab states. The Israeli cabinet has officially approved Netanyahu’s plan.
