UN declaration on Al-Fasher atrocities 'ridiculous: World knew how it would end, didn’t do anything'

It was “impossible to reach” during the brutal 500-day siege. Mr. Douci argues that Al-Fasher was not an unforeseen tragedy. “Everybody knew” the siege would end this way, and yet meaningful aid and protection never arrived.
