French President Emmanuel Macron is hosting Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky at the Elysée Palace for a press conference, after both leaders signed a major deal for Ukraine to acquire French military equipment, including Rafale fighter jets, France's flagship combat aircraft.
