French national anthem, 'La Marseillaise', at 2015 terror attacks commemoration ceremony

France marks ten years since harrowing Paris terror attacks. French singer Axelle Saint-Cirel sang the French anthem, La Marseillaise, at the ceremony commemorating the attacks.
