President Emmanuel Macron gives speech at ceremony commemorating 2015 Paris terror attacks

On Thursday, during the ceremony commemorating the attacks of November 13, 2015, Emmanuel Macron described the “senseless, unjust, unbearable” pain of the victims. Ten years ago to the day, Islamic State gunmen and suicide bombers targeted cafes, restaurants and the Bataclan concert hall, killing 132 people.
