Explosion heard in Qatar's capital as Israel says it targets Hamas leadership in Doha

The Israeli military said it targeted senior Hamas leaders on Tuesday, after explosions were reported in Doha and smoke seen rising above the Qatari capital, where the Palestinian group's political bureau is based.
