'Close race': Paris to elect its mayor among three candidates

French voters returned to the polls Sunday for the second and final round of municipal elections in over 1,500 communes. The race is expected to be extremely tight in Paris with Emmanuel Grégoire, heading a united left and green list, competing with conservative Rachida Dati and hard-left La France Insoumise candidate Sophia Chikirou.
