Just when you thought it wasn't possible for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to work any harder in preparation for a new role, the 48-year-old megastar has again defied expectations in his prep for DC hit Black Adam.
During an Instagram video, the Rock shares one of his chest and tricep workouts while preparing for Black Adam. Johnson starts his chest workout with three "giant sets" of four exercises: flies, chest press, incline press and bodyweight dips, all of which are performed until failure(as many reps as you can do)
