They are definitely space savers. However, if you don't have space they will take up more of your time transporting them and setting them up. However, it can go inside and not be bothered by the elements or animals and insects that would like to make their home in there. You can keep thieves away and home insurance covers your boat since it is inside of your home! It's heavy, cumbersome and takes time, but it's a boat. I didn't think I could have one and now I do. The world is a different place now. I want to take my family fishing with me. Other people's families want to go fishing with me now. I can now go on the ocean....once I meet all the requirements laid out by the state. Today I am going to give a full review while also showing a part of the live test done on the Concord River in Bedford, MA. I recently got my new inflatable boat from boatstogo.com and bought this motor with it. I still plan on getting a 2 stroke outboard, but that is not today. I actually talked to a marine mechanic who receives broken engines that he repairs. He told me to come over since he is in town (hopefully he has an outboard that is fixable). As far as trolling motors go Haswing is definitely different. I used to go fishing on a 12 foot jon boat with my best friend. He had a minn kota trolling motor and it worked fine for getting around a lake. However, it was rigid and didn't have many options. The Haswing Osapian trolling motor has 55lbs of thrust. it can go in freshwater or saltwater. It has a handle that moves 110 degrees, which makes the handle go flat to itself and you can carry it with one hand, which makes it feel like a sledgehammer. This is actually a great benefit that it folds up to be so small. The handle extends way out if you are far from the transom. I don't feel any signs of flex in the handle either when I used it. I did manage to hang myself in the weeds, but I haven't used a trolling motor yet that can handle the carpet I got stuck in. It has a sacrificial anoid that will rust instead of letting it damage the motor. This is something that is needed for saltwater. Since I fish right where the ocean meets the river it is very necessary. It pushed the 16ft inflatable boat around with no problem. I will say that on a river only 3-4-5 speeds really do anything. Levels 1-2 are for maintaining your position and nothing else. This is where it's important to have an outboard engine when you want to move far away and try new things. As far as I am concerned I am a very happy customer and glad I went with a virtually unknown brand. It provides me with many options and has the power to do the job until I can get a proper outboard engine.

I normally don't buy Bass Pro Shops lures because nobody talks about them much. Of course, the reason for this is the fact that the pros aren't even enough money to do that. In reality, a fish has been tricked by the lure and your presentation. 50% of the attraction comes from what you do so a lure can only do so much. What we really need to discover is a lure can actually do what it says it can do consistently. I found out that this crankbait does what a crankbait should do very well. For $1.99 it is absolutely ridiculous not to grab one just to have another color crankbait in your tackle box. Personally, I am thinking about loading up on more of these since they are so cheap and seeing what is possible when you go cheap! Therefore, when you pull it the lure goes really far and makes a rolling action instead of the side to side of a jerkbait or stickbait. The color combination that I bought looks exactly like a blueback herring that run up the Charles River here in Boston, MA. At this time of year, fishermen line the shores to get there hands on Striped Bass that are finally within reach of those who don't have a boat or have time to use our boats. As far as the J-Walker goes it is a high quality bait that walks the dog perfectly. I specifically like the rolling action of the lure. The silver sparkles on the side reflect in the water when it rolls. The blue back will show as well. This gives Striped Bass the indication that this is the baitfish that they are looking for. It also shows that the bait is not paying attention to it and can become an easy meal. You can get this lure from many places and I suggest that you try your hand at one that mimics the baitfish in your area. You will have some topwater fun for sure!

I know there are a lot of frog lures out there on the market. Some look really sexy and others are pure crap. Sebile is a world renowned fishermen and his lures are definitely up to par. This is my first time using a frog with a single hook with a weight attached to the hook. I was a little skeptical, but could see where the design was going. Let me tell you that this frog lure just simply works! It works so well I hooked a big bass and then since it is smarter than me it got away. $7 dollars out of my pocket and now somewhere in the river. I will be buying another one and in several colors for sure. I will also be checking out Sebile's other lures that are even more famous. You should check out his line of frog lures at the very least. They are a bit on the high side, but if you change your fishing line like you are supposed too... you won't have my problems.

Today we reviewed the booyah pad crasher jr. This was another day where I missed a bass bite. I will say that the Sebile Pivot Frog did hook the fish, but my Berkley Trilene XT that was 3 years old failed. Remember to change your line at least annually. Now if you are looking for a frog to get some topwater action this is a likely candidate. I has nice weight on it to keep it right side up, but it does get hung on the lily pads and will go under them. This is something that frogs actually do so it may be a plus. I was able to make it flip on its back a couple of times when it was on the lily pads, but this doesn't matter for fish. As soon as it hits the water it goes right side up again. I also got a bite so that is definite plus! I believe this is not the best frog lure to use, but it is better than the KVD Sexy Frog lure in my opinion. The test results speak for themselves. Next up will be a lunkerhunt frog, which is one of the most lifelike things I have ever seen. I want to see if the fish think the same as well!

Primarily people fish for Scup, Tautog, and Black Sea Bass when it comes to this area. That pretty much means you need to use seaworms, clams, or squid. Seaworms are the best hands down through my experience. In Florida shrimp was the best and I should have tried it, but I forgot. If you have the chance to try out this lure give it a whirl!

Patrick Sebile knows exactly what he is doing when he wants to make the next best lure and this swimbait is exactly that. Now if you are expecting a glider-like movement then you may be disappointed. This lure is made for action! When you put just a little bit of movement in the rod the lure goes off in all kinds of directions. One of the best things is the rate and style of how it descends. It looks like a wounded baitfish that was attacked and is falling down the water column. If you didn't know the smaller fish that are attacking a school are in the middle. Slightly bigger fish are on the edges getting the ones that are trying to escape. The huge monsters that we want to catch are directly below the school waiting for injured baitfish to fall into their mouths!

I found a new spot that I usually don't fish and low and behold I found the smallmouth bass! They are in surprisingly shallow fast moving water. It is amazing what they are able to see in all that moving water. It is also good to know that a whopper plopper will still function correctly in these conditions as well.

One of the amazing things was the glide action that is made by the spherical bump just below the eyelet on the head. somehow it makes it walk the dog really easy. It is even better than the Sebile Flat Belly Walker! The weight of it is heavier as well, which is better for casting and it is very buoyant. I didn't know this brand very well, but it seems that it is not cheap either. This was a fantastic deal and I want to help you find deals like this as well!
