and be able to switch from one side to the other depending on your situation. Now I am right handed

but if you're using a spinning reel you're going to use your dominant hand to use the

spot grip just like I told in the video use this to actually get the power and hold the spinning

rod and you reel with your left hand. That doesn't mean you're left-handed you're right-handed with

a spinning reel. When you're using a bait caster, you'll notice there isn't an

option here to move it to the other side. What's up with that man? Is that a logo

No. Bait casters are different. You're expected to always reel it from with your

right hand and you cast with your dominant hand if you're left-handed or

while to get used to that and it's really just repetition thing but that's

the norm in the industry so we want to talk about switching this handle here Now you see here here the handle and on the side you see the opposite of it

If you just unscrew this Here's the wheel connection right here and

Here on the other side is the connector that keeps it in place. It's the same thing like your your bicycle

And there's the pedals one on one side and there's one on the other. One side you unscrew and the other side comes off and there's a big handle that goes across all the way into the other one which it screws into. It's very simple. Now I've pre-loosened this but it still comes out like a ton. If you turn it I'm going to do it like this a million times because I realize this one is ridiculously long

You see already it's loosened enough to let the handle go down to its, um, you know, shipping

And you just keep going until it comes off. Sorry, I'm looking at my screen just to make sure I'm in view

And then boom! You have this screw here. You see that? That's what you have on the other side

That's the part that goes all the way through. And now, see this

You can see my neck. All the way through. Same thing. It looks the same way on both sides because it's interchangeable

Now all you have to do is take the handle and go on the other side push it in take your screw and screw it in until it all the way tight
