Judge Makes Massive Decision In New York Case - Devastating News For Trump

Hey ladies and gentlemen this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and former

President Donald Trump just got some devastating news in one of the trials

against him and it's a doozy. Before we get started please make sure you like

they help our channel continue to grow. So now you guys may remember the first

trial of the former president and his rape accuser author E. Jean Carroll. Now

I have my own opinions on the case that I can't express here but they're my

opinions. Be that as it may he was found guilty in that case of defaming Carroll

and was ordered to pay the sum of five million dollars. Well she sued him twice

and that case just got before a judge. That judge has deemed that Trump knew

that he lied about a sexual assault allegation that Carroll had levied

against him and that he was lying about her with reckless disregard and so what

the judge said is there's no need for a jury to decide that basically. The judge

said that the first jury basically decided it for both cases and so that

this case Trump's already guilty. Now all that's got to happen is they're

gonna go to trial to determine damages. So that trial is actually going to be

the day before the Iowa caucuses. I mean all of this stuff is just piling on

former President Trump ahead of the 2024 election. You couldn't have designed it

any better if you tried and this is gonna be another blight. It's gonna be

another hey look Trump did XYZ and this is what he's guilty of and I can't sit

here legally and say anything about a court decision whether I agree with it

or disagree with it. I can't do that. Oh I'd love to but I can't do that

Trump was found to be you know guilty of defaming this woman and now he's found

to be guilty of defaming her again. Now this is gonna coincide with the Alvin

Bragg case is gonna come after this. He's having issues with that case

Alvin Bragg's being sued because people are trying to find out namely the

Heritage Foundation is trying to find out if Bragg's office coordinated with

federal prosecutors at all or the Department of Justice before bringing charges. Then Trump has the case in Georgia. Now that case had its first

televised hearing today where the attorneys for Kenneth Chesbrough and Sidney Powell both appeared in court and they appeared in court because they want

to separate their cases and they want to separate their cases from individually

and respectively the 18 other defendants. So because there's 19 defendants in that

RICO trial there's a lot of action happening right now in Trump legal world

All at the same time his poll numbers are skyrocketing. People are rallying

behind him. People are prepared to vote for him not only for the Republican

nomination but for president again in the next presidential election and so

the more indictments, the more mugshots, the more trials as one as several people

have said the more you unite or the more you indict the more they unite and I

think that's that does the poll seem to be showing that anyway so it does seem

to be true and you know this is now I think Trump should have had the benefit

of a jury trial here to find guilt or innocence but again just my opinion I

think for a judge to single-handedly say well the other jury decided it so you're

already guilty is not really cool but again not my decision not even an

attorney can't you know what I mean and I have to be legally very careful what I

say so I want to know what you guys think about all this though I mean does

it seem weird to you that all these cases are piling on now and dates are

very conspicuously around the Iowa caucuses and then around Super Tuesday does that seem I don't know anything other than coincidental to you let me
