'It's Illegal' - Two Weeks Before Election Kamala Harris Nailed In Massive Scandal

It really helps us out. Guys, Vice President Kamala Harris is involved in yet another scandal

And it seems, as this campaign goes on, more and more scandals are happening around her and around walls

No matter how much the media, no matter how much the mainstream, tries to actually insulate them from this

it keeps coming to fruition. And, you know, this scheme was so transparent

parent and to watch former President Obama and a lot of Democrats and a lot of people in the

media sidestep this not call it out for what it was and actually act like this was completely normal when you know that if Trump did it they would have been screaming with their hair on fire was quite astounding for somebody like me

who knew this was illegal the second he heard it. What am I talking about

I'm talking about Vice President Harris' scheme for her quote-unquote plan for black men in America

just the men, just black men. And it involved giving away a million

$20,000 loans, $20 million, that were forgivable loans for quote-unquote startup entrepreneurs

Great in theory, I guess, if you're trying to purchase votes from one specific community

Here's the problem. It's not constitutional. You can't do that. You can't have a plan of action that just enriches one group of people based on race or gender or any of that

You can't do it. and this was a blatant, pure, actual attempt to purchase votes

She may have just said, if you can prove you vote for me, I'll give me $20,000. She may have always just said that, because that's what it was

And to see her finally get called out about how unconstitutional it is is justifying and the fact that she had to backtrack it and say oh no it open for everybody yeah it it been fun to watch that that backtrack i want you to watch this and let me know

what you think in the comments proposing more of the same old thing and it doesn't seem to be

selling but she's proposing $20,000 forgivable loans up to a million she aims this rhetorically

at uh at black men but the campaign back backtrack later saying, oh, this will be for everybody because I think they figured out that it's illegal to essentially target particular kinds of programs at one race or another

Right. Unconstitutional to have federal grants that are given out based on race. And even in her initial plan, there is some muddying in the language

The top, it says, grants loans for black entrepreneurs. But if you go down to the language, it says entrepreneurs who don't have enough capital to start their own

businesses. So it's even unclear there. The other point I would point to on the language on the

marijuana piece is the plan is to ensure that the cultivation and distribution of recreational

marijuana is the law of the land is what that language says And so that also makes me wonder how far she wants to go if that means just decriminalizing it and legalizing it at the federal level or something to ensure that you know state intrastate marijuana businesses can thrive

It's not clear if you're living in one of these states that doesn't want marijuana, what that means

Jason. Just to pick up on something Dan said, I think what we're also seeing here is the fact that blacks went through eight years of an Obama presidency

And what we could be seeing here with Kamala struggling with blacks, this close to election day

is that more black people have come to a realization that a black president per se is not going to be the answer

to all the problems that ailed the black underclass in this country. That she needs to sell them on more than just I'm black like you

Trust me. They need to hear more than that, and they're not hearing it. And I think that is one of the problems she has

But marijuana licenses aren't going to do it, Jason? Marijuana smoking legalization

By the way, she should go visit Compton where they don't want any marijuana dispensaries built in their communities, and they're not alone
