CNN Suffers Monumental Blow - More Top Stars Abandon Ship

to grow. CNN has been struggling and their morning show CNN This Morning has really been struggling

This was the brainchild of Chris Lick and he is no longer the CEO of CNN but this was kind of his

flagship program. He brought Don Lemon on there with Poppy Harlow and Caitlin Collins. They tried

that out, it failed. Now they brought in Poppy Harlow and Phil Mattingly trying that out but on

Friday Phil Mattingly and Poppy Harlow left the show live on the air during a segment. They announced

their departure and in doing so you know they're going to move to other places within the company

A new woman I think I believe it's Casey Hunt but I'm not entirely sure is going to come in and

she's going to be the host of CNN This Morning and it's going to be a shorter program and this

is pretty much you know the ninth batting slot in the batting order before you hit the bench

our floor managers, our camera operators, our audio, our tech operators. Somehow in some remarkable way

I'm the problem here. You guys have seemed to manage to keep me mainly me on time in the right

place at the right time. No surprise Phil is early all the time and I'm running in at the last minute

but seriously guys we'd literally be nowhere without you. All while managing to craft the

best jokes at the perfect time in every commercial break. As a viewer you don't get to see these

folks. They are the real deal. They make it happen. You've seen their work every single morning. You

and we are better for it. You are the best partner in the world so maddingly. We will see you all
