BREAKING: Judge Cannon Issues Massive Decision - Special Counsel Has Been Informed

Cannon has just issued a blockbuster decision in Trump's case that's being held in Miami

being prosecuted by special counsel Jack Smith. Before we get started, please make sure you like, comment, share and subscribe

Those little things really help us out and they help our channel continue to grow

So Judge Cannon issued a statement here or a decision that actually, and she's Trump

appointed and everybody was afraid she was only going to take Trump's side in this case

She actually went against what Trump wanted here. And the reason is there's a lot of classified documents, a lot of super classified documents

top, top secret, that have to be examined by Trump's attorneys and the like

Now Trump's team argued that they want full access to them in their offices where they

can review them, go over them. There's a lot again to go over

Judge Cannon laid the smack down on that. She said it has to be, they have to be viewed in a SCIF

A SCIF is a secure location, no cell phones allowed in or out, no electronic devices allowed

in or out. It's something akin to what they have in Washington, D.C

I'm going to read you now a part of her order. This court finds that this case will involve information that has been classified in the

interest of national security. The storage, handling and control of this information will require special security

precautions mandated by statute, executive order, and regulation. The purpose of this protective order, further known as the order, is to establish the procedures

that must be followed by the defendant, defense counsel, the parties, and all other individuals

who receive access to classified information or documents in connection with this case

The procedures set forth in this order shall apply to all pretrial, trial, post-trial

and appellate matters concerning classified information in this case and may be modified

from time to time by further order of the court acting under this court's inherent supervisory

authority to ensure fair and expeditious trial. The limitations on disclosure of classified information set forth in this order are binding

on defendant and his counsel and violations may result in criminal and or civil penalties

The defendant may disclose classified information to the defense as necessary for the preparation

of his defense. Any classified information provided to the defense by the government or the defendant

is to be used solely by the defense and solely for the purpose of preparing a defense

The defense may not disclose or cause to be disclosed in connection with this case any

information known or reasonably believed to be classified information except as otherwise

provided herein. Now in plain English what that means is you can't talk about any of the classified information

on TV, on your social media, on any of those things. It's a total protective order

I think she's right in this decision because these are highly sensitive documents and highly

sensitive materials. And I understand the need to want to view these in a SCIF, a secure location where this

kind of information can't leak to America's enemies. So I think personally it's a good decision

She also left wiggle room that certain things could change on certain documents as the case

goes on. But she did also say that this would apply to even appeals

So it's a pretty far-reaching protective order. I want to know what you guys think about it so let me know in the comments
