Latvian PM and Estonian president back special EU envoy for Russia-Ukraine talks

Latvian Prime Minister Evika Siliņa and Estonian President Alar Karis have voiced support for the idea of appointing a special European envoy to take part in talks with the Kremlin to end its war in Ukraine.
