How To Get Your Emotional Needs Met
In this video, I share some insights on how to get your emotional needs met. I'm going to give you some steps that can help you take control of your life and start making it better. 1. Know your cues 2. Start journaling and pausing before you eat 3. Start connecting your brain to your emotions by writing down how you feel in a specific part of your body 4. Feel the physical sensations in one part of your body - chest, heart, head, etc 5. Stay with those physical sensations, even if slightly uncomfortable Then in this video I introduce the next concepts about your emotions. Previously we were more sticking to the physical sensations, but now we are going into emotions and see how these emotions are helping us to meet your basic needs. There are two powerful questions to start journaling about. 1. What do I feel right now? Emotionally speaking (This is slightly different than physical sensations but very similar)
