In this video I share: 1) why journaling before you engage in eating is very important 2) an important concept that becomes more clear as you journal Let's be clear first why journaling is important: 1) We can all agree that willpower doesn't work right? 2) Simply telling yourself to not overeat doesn't work in the long run. 3) Following a meal plan again can work temporarily but not in the long run. The long term solution, in my opinion, is bringing sooo much awareness to your habits that you naturally 'know' the solution. This is where journaling before you eat becomes important - Step 1! When you journal before you eat, you give yourself a valuable moment of 'pausing'. During this pause, you can bring awareness to your eating habits. By 'awareness' I'm talking about:
