Dry fruit and nuts smoothie for breakfast

๐Kids during teething generally avoid eating solids. They prefer soft , cold food. This wholesome smoothie recipe can be great to start a day as breakfast smoothie on such days. You can even add it to water cooked oats/ poha to turn into a smoothie bowl.
Serving size: 180 ml
๐ Ingredients:
Almonds:3
Cashews:4
Piastacios:4
MAKHANA:5
Dates:1
Black raisins:5
Cold/ room temperature milk: 130 ml
Ripe banana: 1 to 2
Honey: 1/2 tsp
Overnight soak the nuts and fruits with water. Next day morning grind nuts, dry fruits, banana, milk & served.
