Sunday is well known for making expensive, high-quality BMX bikes. The forecaster is targeted as a mid-level BMX bike with quality that is slightly better than beginner level. It's not a bad bike, it just is slightly overpriced. Assuming it's the correct size, for a beginner, it's probably fine.
