DIY Floating Drawer Acrylic Table

//Support me on Patreon//: In this video Ill show you how to build a DIY acrylic side table with a floating mahogany drawer in a mid century modern style. You could call this a side table, an end table, or a night stand. I used 3/4 acrylic to build this glass-like, almost invisible at times, piece. The floating drawer is made from mahogany, and it fits into the case perfectly. I used mitered joints reinforced with spline on the drawer construction. I wanted to make a mid century modern style piece, but use non traditional materials to create a completely different look. Acrylic is interesting material to work with, and the 3/4 thick acrylic cuts extremely well. You must use the proper blade which is linked below. Thanks for checking out this side table project, and please let me know what you think in the comments below.
