Bryce Canyon Hiking Adventure: Willis Creek & Bull Valley Gorge

In this video, we start by exploring a bit of Bryce Canyon National Park. The hoodoos and colors were spectacular! That night, we camped nearby and experiences our coldest night yet: -6C! Luckily we had our diesel heater running in the morning to keep the van warm and cozy! The next day we explored Willis Creek slot canyon, which was filled with ice! It was fun to slide around on the ice; it made us miss winter back home in Québec. After that, we headed to Bull Valley Gorge slot canyon. This one was very deep and, unfortunately, has a tragic story behind it... In the 1950s, a vehicle with 3 people inside was driving across the bridge when it stalled and rolled backwards into the canyon. It fell about halfway down before becoming wedged, and all 3 passengers were killed. The vehicle is still there to this day, and is visible from the bridge above. We wanted to also see it from below, which is why we went to explore the canyon. However, we hit a road block when we came to a big muddy pool, half frozen and very slippery, that we could not cross...
