0:01
why life feels so hard I think if you
0:04
think about life in many ways it is very
0:07
difficult but it's this big roller
0:08
coaster ride that goes up and down up
0:10
and down nobody likes to be down
0:13
everybody enjoys being up but you know
0:15
when we are down we learn our lessons
0:17
but life is hard in many ways because it
0:19
has an end point there's a start point
0:20
and there's an end point and what
0:22
happens in between those two points is
0:24
how you live your life but it doesn't
0:26
have to be hard you can decide on the
0:28
kind of attitude that you want whether
0:30
we are our our ancestors were programmed
0:33
to be fearing from The Lion coming and
0:35
grabbing them and biting them and
0:36
killing them or whatever and so they are
0:38
always aware of the attack that might be
0:40
around them nonetheless we have devolved
0:43
or evolved rather as Inhumans and I
0:46
think that you want to think about
0:48
having a choice you can get out of bed
0:50
every single day on the left side or the
0:51
right side positive or negative if you
0:53
choose positive you'll have a better
0:55
experience in life but yes life is hard
0:58
get over it it's kind of how it is
1:00
nobody ever said is going to be fair or
1:01
easy it's neither Fair nor easy but you
1:04
can make it more palatable if you take
1:06
an attitude of gratitude one of the
1:08
things that I talk about all the time an
1:10
attitude or gratitude will give you a
1:12
positive spin on everything that you do
1:15
you know they say two people going into
1:16
the hospital with the same disease
1:18
positive attitude lives the negative
1:20
attitude dies so it makes such a big
1:22
difference but if you endorse a
1:24
gratitude attitude if you get a mindset
1:26
of gratitude it can make your whole
1:28
experience so much better one of the
1:30
things I recommend is a gratitude
1:32
journal A gratitude Journal here is that
1:35
gratitude guys daily gratitude Journal
1:37
I'll put a link to that in the
1:38
description but it helps because every
1:40
single day you're focusing on everything
1:43
you have in your life that is good your
1:44
blessings in abundance if you will
1:46
there's a little saying in the front of
1:47
the journal that says if you think about
1:49
it it's like a dream if you talk about
1:51
it it inspires you but if you write
1:53
about it it empowers you it empowers you
1:55
to focus on the blessings that you have
1:57
and see all the good things the know the
1:59
old thing about the glass is half full
2:01
or half empty you'll see it as half full
2:03
it'll make your whole experience of life
2:05
better yes it's negative yes there's
2:07
sadness yes there's all sorts of tragedy
2:09
every single day but we do have a choice
2:12
that we can make individually every
2:13
single day I recommend getting a
2:15
gratitude Journal you can get mine as I
2:17
mentioned I'll put a description in the
2:19
a link in the description rather but it
2:21
makes such a big difference I've noticed
2:23
it's turned my life around I'll write my
2:24
gratitude journal in the morning and
2:26
feeling good and then later in the day
2:28
I'm having kind of a tough day I go back
2:30
and I reread the Gratitude Journal again
2:32
it makes such a big difference and gets
2:34
me back on the right track of focusing
2:36
on all the things that I have all the
2:37
blessings and abundance as I said so
2:40
think about it yes life is hard but it
2:42
doesn't have to be that way it's a
2:43
choice that you get to make with the
2:45
most important person that you have in
2:46
your life the relationship you have with
2:48
yourself that person you see brushing
2:50
your teeth every single day that's the
2:52
person you really want to focus on you
2:53
get a great relationship with that
2:55
person everything else in your life
2:56
works better I'm that gratitude guy
2:59
remember be grateful and never quit
