Ultimate Late Night Trinidad Street Food Tour in Port of Spain!

Back in Port of Spain, I hit the streets for an all-out nighttime food tour, diving into some of the best Trinidadian street food with my guy Chef Jason Peru, his girlfriend Candice, and our friend David! We kicked things off at Queen’s Park Savannah, where I met a legendary oyster vendor who served up fresh swamp oysters with homemade sauces and a unique tree bark-infused drink. The flavors were spicy, tangy, and mind-blowing! I even tried tiny shrimp with the oysters for an extra seafood punch. Next, we grabbed some fresh coconuts, sipped the sweet water, and scooped out the tender jelly inside! Then, we hit S&S Doubles on Ariapita Avenue for two fully loaded doubles with tamarind chutney, chana, and pepper sauce. It was so good, I had to lick the paper clean!
